XML has several problems. It is slow to parse, it can result in big files,
it only describes what the data are and not how to handle them etc. But it
is a step in the right direction: we need to have a way to make programs

1. 不用输入类型， 节省时间。
2. Interactive shell, 能够即刻知道错误, 不用等到编译时再去看那整屏的错误信息
。 而且debug方便.
3. 语法简洁， 没有太多括号。
这些haskell都有. 虽然是强类型， 当haskell的type inference几乎可以自动获取所
以类型。 所以在快速开发时可以不用做type signature. Signature更多是起到注释的
作用。
scala也有interactive shell, 但type inference要弱一些， 只能做local inference
, 没有global inference. 所以还是省不了类型。
clojure括号一大堆, 用interactive shell反而没有用编辑器顺手(shell里面 数括号

只能说明, 你们做的 UI 和 interaction 不需要定制而已.
简单说, 其实是你们想做的 AngularJS (或者任意厚前端 framework) 恰好符合要求而

而事实是, 正好相反, MVC 里的 'V', 或者说跟人交互的东西,
比如 web GUI, app GUI, 游戏 GUI 这些, 总是最需要 customized, stylized 的.

Y2H:如果是膜蛋白，可以用split-ubiquitin membrane yeast two-hybrid system。
如果不是膜蛋白，不需要postranslational modicication,应该还是可以试一下的，因
为这方法最便宜。
看过一些ＲＮＡ ｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ 的方法，但是自己没做过，不敢乱说。不过如果你
想做large scale interaction mapping的话，这确实是个很好的ｎｉｃｈｅ，因为
protein-protein , protein DNA interaction 做的人太多了，如果你没有很好的资源

还有，告诉你个秘密，就是C57BJ/6N 可能有重大问题，某些基因的mutation 导致的

在研究这个问题，这两年你会看到文章的。以前某领域不少用B6N发的文章，基本都废
了。
至于多个基因协调，靠这类方法，还是只能找找correlation，看看表面现象。还有，
多个基因协调作用要看具体情况。Gene network这种概念非常笼统。你要找的话，很多
基因都可以联系到一起，用不同interaction，比如epistasis, physical interaction
，expression control，post transcriptional and postranslational regulation等
