EB2 NIW (NSC) PD 2009/11，RD 2012/2/2, 2012/6跨州换工作使用EAD卡。
7月初收到RFE Letter，主申请人是RFE 693和EVL，副申请人是693。
RFE letter里对EVL的要求，感觉是被当成了PERM，提到了I485pending>=180d 等，现
在正在DIY response, 很犹豫除了提供EVL+693外，要不要在cover letter里提一下自
己是NIW，可又怕提了多事，万一要是被RFE NIW相关就又多了件麻烦事儿。
麻烦大家帮我出出主意，谢喽。

但是给的SSA网页链接是错误的，还不知道怎么能查到credits. |

那是说不能留空吗？比如 I-765里面的 middle name, Other names used 下面，都需
要填 “None" 吗？ 记得 I-485 里面是让空着的。

美国phD，毕业后在美国top牛小薄厚，已经两年了。递EB1a的时候是薄厚一年半的事。
那时候文章7，第一作者的只有2，没有CNS文章，citation是逐年增加的（当时是80多吧）
claim publication, contribution, media都承认了
review没有claim，因为当时只有10左右吧，结果也承认了。
推荐信6封。
总的来说我毕业时间不长，文章数目有限，case算弱的。所以totality上不知道具体该怎么加强。现在citation和review
的数目都有增加，还有一片挂名的CNS文章投了很可能会发（当然无法在30天内发出来）。但既然claim的都已经承
认，我是不是就不该再纠缠这些了？记得以前看人说凡认可的表示感谢就好了，多说还多错。
除了再厚脸皮找人写推荐信吹自己top ％（不知道能不能找到人写这种信），也想不到其他了。非常希望得到大家的指

补充一下背景：

Interview当天我们到的比较早，开始警卫不让进去，我说我们需要用厕所，因为开了2
个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就
在门口的椅子上等，他们也没有赶我们出去。后来快到预约的时间，警卫就让我们进去
了。
在里面又等了很久，一个女的移民官来叫我们进去，让我们把东西放在椅子上，然后举
起右手发誓。要了我们三个人的ID，然后就开始翻材料问问题。
问了妈妈的名字，生日，现在的地址，就是女儿家的地址啦。然后就问当时签证来的时
候有没有打算留在这边，妈妈声音很小，因为没有准备这个问题，她大概也不知道怎么
回答好。翻译听成“是打算留在这边”。把我急坏了，可是也不能插嘴。我就给他使了

hi all, I got a call from my employer that he got a letter from USCIS
regarding my I-140 which is going to be revoked for some reason. So he asked
me to do a H1B transfer to some other company for a safer side.
Please let me know what i can do here? If I-140 is screwed then all my
effort is gone and my PD is Jan 2009 in EB2

单一份，其实上次递交的材料里面有近三个月的工资单，但显然被忽略了。
C，对是否党员问题回答Yes, You must provide a written fully explaining your
“yes” responses. 上次也交了statement, 就是按照大家的格式做的，不知怎地也被
忽视了。只好再交一次。

似乎感觉需要老板再写封信证明似的，但再原来的推荐信里已经明白写明了，目前也没
换单位，短时间也不会换。请大家再给我您的建议和意见，走到今天都特别不容易，希

i-140 PP 10天过。
485 被RFE，要我submit evidence which establishes that you continue to be
engaged in your field of extraordinary ability（因为PhD在读的employment
verification上学校明确写了到今年6月过期）。
但是当时工卡一直没批下来，于是联系我准备去的postdoc老板，让他帮我写个
supporting letter说我准备去那里做postdoc，但是工卡没批blah blah。
在RFE交上去不到一周，工卡就批下来了。以为可以坐等绿卡，没想到本周有收到第二
个RFE，说，The records show that you do have an approved I-765 employment
authorization. Please submit a current dated letter from your intended
permanent employer.

要两样东西，
1） you must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent
employer, describing your present job duties and position in the
organization,... date you began employment, and the offered salary or wage..
. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your
employment-based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist.

9/14收到第一个通知 提供了编号和RD （9/11），也说了这是PP的case，会在15天内有
结果。
过了几天， 9/17收到第二个通知 如下On September 17, 2015, we began reviewing
your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number
LINXXXX. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to

发帖数: 871 | 50 最近I-140批了,在填I-485/765/131。看了这个帖子http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t2/I485/31170323.html受益很多。但还是有一些问题，找了半天没找到I-131填表的帖子。
第一个问题是Part 3. Processing Information
1. Date of Intended Departure
2. Expected Length of Trip (in days)
那个帖子里填的是3个月。大家都是怎么填的？什么时候拿到AP卡是不是和1填的内容相
关？AP卡的有效期是不是和2填的内容相关？
第二个问题是Part 4. Information About Your Proposed Travel
1.a. Purpose of trip
1.b. List of countries you intend to visit
对这两项，能填两个不同的地方么？比如填今年底回中国看父母，然后2017年夏天去法
国旅游么？
Update:请大家忽略这个问题。刚发现在第二页最后一行，只有DACA才必须填Part4.
