需要把框子缝隙用Insolation塞得满满当当的， 如果给的工钱太少，人家会塞得少一
些，给你应付一下就算数。
好房子讲究的做法：把框子打磨，重新刷漆，装饰的条子做全新的。不然的话， 老框

都练腹肌就是了. 腹肌好象是所谓的insolence muscle,
可以每天练, 也最好每天练, 练个半年有货了, 看看体脂
再决定是否要cut搞得更明显一点.

it's funny how we continue to make surprising finding about ourselves
through running. until a couple of months ago, i didn't know my right foot
has a higher arch than my left, which overpronates and causes pain in my
right ankle, right heel, right hip, and sometimes all the way to my lower
back. now days I wear a pair of superfeet insoles to support my right arch.
i thought i was the only one with this problem, apparently, i'm not alone.

at first i did try to use a neutral insole for my left and thus created a
mixed pair. but then i started to feel a bit leg discrepancy since these are
not mean to be paired. so unless this kind of mix is prescribed by your
podiatrist and custom made for you, you are running a risk of mess up both
feet. i also contacted the manufacture, they strongly recommend wearing the
same pair. it's only been 2 weeks, the heel pain is almost gone, ankle feels better, lower back pain not qui |

i told the Brooks reps that i developed a right arch/ ankle problem after

shoe.
If you look at support shoe, looking from side, the inside of the shoe's
midsole has an area of darker color, usually gray, that area is stiffer than
the white area. The more control the shoe has, the stiffer or harder of
that dark area.
It's obvious from the following photo of your gts 11.pay attention to the
gray area of the mid sole. |

，但是不见得就是很厉害的overpronator。
好像born to run 里面认为这些support的东西都是噱头。膝盖的问题其实就算是mid
pronator的估计也不见得没有。
俺有点flat feet，但是还是用minimal shoe， 估计膝盖的压力绝对不小。但是俺也试
过motion control，算了吧，根本就跑不起来。 |
