今天打电话做SR, 未遂.
于是,又发了封信给Officer Garza, 提醒一下,我们的Case已经过了4个月的processing
timeframe.
接着,给本州的Senator一个发了封email, 填了她官方网页上的immigration inqury
form.
另外一个没有网上的表格,但是有个USCIS inqury form下载,打印,填上各种个人信息和
Inqury的理由,附上俺和LP的I-485 receipt copy,寄到他在DC的office.
希望Senator office能帮得上忙.

响么？如果是看见一直按时还钱，那不正好说明信用良好么？
还有inquries（估计就是hardpull？）太多据说也不好，可是inquries又不会让信用卡
公司损失什么东西，就像查询我chking帐上有多少钱一样，查再多次也就是这么点钱，
又不会平白无故多出来钱。为什么不好？ |

发帖数: 764 | 4 5月开始工作才申请了来美后的第一张BOA Secured信用卡，信用分数一直在735左右，
不上不下。
8月中旬的时候因为租房子要run credit 用了一个 hard inqury，但是当时没发现信用
记录因此降低很多。房东说我的小区和会向信用公司报告，所以按时付房租也可以
build credit score，所以当时还挺高兴的。
8月底开了一张Kohl's的信用卡，用过两次且都及时付清了。
账单一直都是按时付清的，而且很少超过credit limit 30%，今天发现credit score突
然降了43分于是被吓到了。。。是因为连续两次hard inqury的原因么？这个速降是临
时的还是永久的
？怎么补救啊。。。 |

to be enforced. Therefore, a paycheck with later date would help in case you
be inquried in the future.
2. There is no "grace period" after H1B status gets invalid. As answered in
1, you cannot just stay and search around for new job (theoretically). I am

发帖数: 723 | 17 You sumbit the docs for yourself. You husband need do nothing. You must submit I539, copy of h1appraval of your spouse, copy of
your marriage certificate. And you may attach i129 and any document you
think may help USCIS to approve your application. I prepare for myself. I also submited my resume,
passport, EAD card, i 94. It does not matter if you attach some documents
that the officers won't even take a look. Just use a checklist and make the
docs organized. |

致.
银行在审核你信用卡申请的时候,可能只调其中一家的资料,又或者像CAPITAL ONE那样
三家都调,所以你的HARD INQURY数目也会不一致. |

discover citi挨个拒了一遍之后，boa 居然approve了我。。。内牛满面。。。
用creditkarma查了一下，信用分750，不过balance比较高，大概20%，7次hard。。。

如果它们是发EMAIL告诉你有INQUIRY的话,那是HARD的机会很大.
我建议你到 ANNUALCREDITREPORT.COM ,拿一份CITI说你有INQUIRY的那个信用局,免费
要一份你今年的REPORT.
这种REPORT就能看出那个是SOFT还是HARD了.
另外问一下,你最近有没有要求银行提高CREDIT LIMIT?那个很可能也会造成HARD. |

I received a letter from IRS (2645C), saying that " we received one of the
following items from you or your authorized third party on xx (date), 2015".
The following item list includes "correspondence, telephone inqury, payment
, form,....".
The question is I don't remember I have authorized anyone to submit a
request to IRS. Could this be a scam/fraud?
Any suggestions?
