首先介绍一下基本情况：
德州，生物信息学方向，7篇一作，引用100（我自己计算为60左右，律师给我做到了
100+），review 23, 无媒体报道，无membership,无funding,无专利。自我评估为典型
弱case，eb1a无把握，无奈之下和老板商量之后降工资，减福利，转成instructor,申
请eb1b.
140准备工程，
a.review准备。把专业相关杂志主编联系方式整理一遍，依次发信，title为inqury
about serving as a voluntary reviewer or something like that，信件内容借用版
上模板，主要介绍自己出身，专长，以往工作，表达自己希望做review的愿望等等并附
上简历。很快又7，8个杂志给我回信，不久以后就陆续开始受到review request。
b.editorial board. 申请了一个小杂志，一个新杂志的编委。记得把email及正式的

information of my citizenship (current: Canada).
The attorney has called USCIS with an inqury to modify the 797A one month
ago. After 45 days, my attorney called again USCIS and my case is still
pending. And I have to wait for another 30 days.
I have two questions:
1) is there some way to speed up USCIS's processing?
2) My current H1B will expire in 09/2011. Can I still work with the extended

２００９ 年换的工作。 律师file了ＡＣ２１， 花了1000 刀。刚刚RENEW 了EAD
AND AP， 浪费了700 多刀。
08/04 找了congressman。 同一天发了Inquiry letter。 工作人员非常热情， 准备发
信感谢赞扬。
08/06 收到 A COPY OF THE INQURY LETTER SENT TO USCIS
08/07/ 给Senator写Email。
08/10 做了SR. 要求等三十天。
08/10 Contact Senator. 打电话三次去senator office。 请求帮助。 主要POINT: I
CAN NOT THINK OF ANYHTING BUT TO CALL YOU TO SEEK HELP TO END THIS PAINFUL
PROCESS.
要求等待7 天， 如果没有收到消息， 请CALL US BACK.

是正好批了而不是SR的结果：

moved from Baltimore , MD to Tallahasse , Florida in Feb 2004. VSC sent the
deny letter to my MD address, did not forwarded to my new address. I checked
my status quite often and also call the National center several times for
