首先强调一下input lag和response time完全是两个概念。response time指每个像素
从白refresh到黑（或反过来）需要多少ms。input lag是指信号从电脑/console输出到
显示需要多少ms。由于现在的显示器和电视都是数字的，需要处理信号，多多少少都会
有input lag。
实验方法：采用网上flatpaneldk写的程序同时测试两个monitor之间的相对input lag

发帖数: 52 | 6 我估计没有讲清楚，假如A和B相互作用，我用CO-IP检测，用A抗体IP，之后我把IP的样
品，对照和一定量的蛋白当作Input一起点到胶后，转膜，把膜切成两部份，一半检测A
，另一半检测B。所以A和B真正的input量是一样的。因为是用A抗体IP的，所以IP样品
的A特别多，需要比较多的input才能让input的A条带和IP样品的A条带看上去差不多。
但这样的input对于IP样品的B来说过多了,就是说input的B条带比IP样品的B条带看上去
浓很多很多。不知道怎么处理这个问题较好。希望这次能讲的明白些。谢谢 |

input pair和NMOS active load作出一个简单的one stage amplifier，然后把ouput接
到negative input端,unity negative feedback,就形成了一个voltage follower。然
后我在output端和gnd间接了一个capacitor.模拟结果给出了output的dc average 和
input dc average有大概10mV的电压差。
可是我同时用NMOS differential pair和PMOS active load作了一个相对应的filter，
模拟结果显示这个output和input的dc average几乎相等，实际测量出的dc offset也得
有10mV多，说明transistor model应该是比较ideal的。
所以使我困惑的是，那个PMOS input pair的filter，为啥模拟结果就已经有10mV的dc

The symptom of the problem is that viewing chinese is
no question, but input is totally messed up. I even
checked the problem is that the highest bit of input
is masked to zero -- only seven bit input.
I have already changed the resource for cxterm
cxterm*eightBitInput: true
but it doesn't help.
I guess maybe it's because the os filter the input bit,
and it has nothing to do with the cxterm itself.

one last problem left though:
now the cxterm window shows up and I can c chinese and have the input
bar at the bottom which allows me select vrious input methods.
However, when I try to input chinese, it shows in the right form in the
input bar, it does not display correctly when I selected it into the main
window. It gives me the code in english letter instead.
So obviously the cxterm does not quite accept the encoding. But |

网上查到看enrichment常用方法是percentage input,calculated by 100 x 2^(Ct_
adjusted Input — Ct_Enriched)。但是我不明白到底是什么原理，这样求出来的结果
难道是绝对量么？是真正的IP中的copy number占input的百分比么？我觉得要得出这个
结果至少还需要假设input的总体积和IP的总体积是相同的，否则，如果在最后溶解IP
的时候用的水的体积不一样，浓度就会不一样，得出的relative的enrichment也会不一
样啊。。。。。
越想越混乱，急，
