应为同时减少别的prostaglandins, 会影响凝血，所以副作用之一是胃肠道出血。

年就做到blockbuster,卖了10亿刀，百济的Zanubrutinib算是第三个，但对新药来说不
算晚，若能做到"best-in-class"前途也是不可限量。当初辉瑞的Lipitor也是statin类
药的"me-too"药，但长期霸占整个药物销售的全球霸主，为辉瑞挣盆满钵满。从临床试
验看Zanubrutinib应该比Ibrutinib 副作用小，药效更高，百济加油！另外
Zanubrutinib的临床试验是全球的，至少澳大利亚的医院有参加。

nelfinavir 都有活性。
这两个是上市的药物，所以国内都有，可以直接上。

看着表面有些灰，琢摸着花钱洗个车把，以前的车，都是自己动手洗和上蜡的。
ok, 网上查yelp.com的评价，找到一家距离自己家比较近的car wash shop，网上评价
不错。
开到，结果发现是drive through的，没玩过。就是开进一个房子，

车尾，车门上面的油漆，明显不一样一些，那里都是黑色闪着光芒的，摸一下很光滑。
查了一下网上评价，好像machine wash有可能对车漆有害，而且出了事基本上扯不清，

transmission oil, power steering oil都可以放进去，而且完全没有问题。而且好多
油可以混用，好比transmission油可以放到differential里面去。这个才是
engineering at its best. 4变速也和流畅，根本感觉不到什么不平缓。

药物的药理，譬如 HMG CoA reductase inhibitor 就是目前主流 statin 类药物。
Ezetimibe 就是目前的二线降血脂药 Zetia, 其他的现在不太常用了。
如果说图中不足之处的话，就是脂类代谢的相对比例没有标出，左边的 Mevalonate
pathway 大概占 2/3， 右边的肠道内循环大概占 1/3 左右。 |
