看到大家都写得高兴，我也来凑个热闹。好长时间都没有用过中文来写东西，希望还能
够表达清楚。
我是94年入的学。前面有位校友回忆那年的国庆--好像我的记忆当中都是些痛苦的回忆
。那次天安门以及附近的一大片都戒严（？）了，所有的公交和出租都只能出不能进。
我和同学反应过来的时候已经晚了，最后从前门一直步行到西直门才找到车（375？）.
..感觉是头一次走这么远的路，脚底板都出泡了，当然后来军训出去拉练比这个可厉害
的多。
然后就是第三天去了西单的小吃街，咳咳，回来后就得了痢疾-尤其郁闷的是和我同去
的几个同学一点事情都没有，大家吃得还是同样的东西！
我和最好的朋友，入学的时候也憧憬进军乐团，结果考试第一轮就给刷下了，谁叫小时
候没有多花时间在这个上面呢？以后看着班里面在乐团的同学表演，出访，只有口水长
流了。搞音乐的都是个酷，但是那年（95？）的校园歌手大赛出了个吴同学（大名吴虹
飞？），一曲小小女孩 |

美国《大众科学》月刊称，一组中国研究人员检测了2013年1月北京空气样本DNA片段发
现，其中含有约1300种微生物。
大多数微生物无害，但有些会引发过敏和肺病。该研究小组发现，雾霾较重时危险微生
物浓度更高。
至于北京空气中的微生物真能让人生病还有待研究。

Cortisone.
SymbiCort是 Formoterol + PulmiCort, 一个long acting beta agonist + 一个
inhaled steroid。SymbiCort = symbiotic (生物共生) Cortisone，Formoterol 都不
用记了。
和SymbiCort 同类的是 Advair, Advair = salmeterol + fluticasone. Salmeterol
呢，挖其根源，和Albuterol 、Formoterol一样，都是terol 一族， beta-2 agonist
。而fluticasone 呢，看似又一个难记的，但是慢着，它的brand name 是 什么？是
Flonase 啊！Flonase 作为inhaled steroid，最早是用来治疗过敏性鼻炎，也就是---

UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

echo，胸片，下肢Doppler 阴性。胸部CT radiologist闪烁其词说不能排除PE。她的OB
马上抗凝，找hospitalist会诊。hospitalist给开了inhaler，肺功能检查正常。建议
我看。我去了觉得不象PE，就跟病人说了，还说抗不抗凝我得合计一下。旁边护士说抗
凝已经上了。我赶紧说上的没错。你可以出院但我要在门诊看你一次。周二到门诊说呼
吸困难依旧。inhaler不管用。有remote asthma 病史。查体阴性。就说我看不出来，
我要让pulmonologist 看你。你一定要问他PE 的事。同时明确要求pulmonologist 给
个关于PE 的说法。 第二天pulmonologist 来电话说CT 质量很差，完全不能定PE。
Radiologist纯属dancing around，自我保护。病人是Asthma，得上点激素问我同不同
意。告诉他随便。完了。 |

For Steam Inhalation or Facial Sauna
将两种香薰油各方两滴雨较大面盆内，加紧大量热水并调匀。
将毛巾盖过头部，闭上眼睛蒸面，患有哮喘极皮肤较薄者不适用。
