Informa Financial Intelligence首席宏观策略师David Ader表示，在低利率和投资者

而根据美联储的数据，非金融企业的未偿还债务在两年内增长了1万亿美元。

而，这种近乎苛刻的同行评审过程虽谈不上完美，却是学术刊物出版过程中的一个重要
环节, 也是论文科学严谨性的重要保证。
然而， Retraction Watch网站最近披露了韩国科学家Hyung-In Moon为了逃避同行评审
而耍的一个“小聪明”。他在向Informa Healthcare旗下期刊投稿时，利用假邮箱或伪
造的个人信息向编辑推荐自己以及自己的同事作为审稿人。
由于所有的评审意见回复都异乎寻常的迅速和正面，这引起了Enzyme Inhibition and
Medicinal Chemistry期刊编辑Claudiu Supuran的怀疑，并最终发现了这一舞弊行为。
Hyung-In Moon也在其后承认了为自己论文审稿的事实。这一事件导致多达11篇已经发
表的研究论文被撤稿。
这一事件之后，Informa 网站在一些期刊的投稿页面上明确提示，编辑会至少会在作者
推荐审稿人之外另找一位专家做评审员，并且警告作者如推荐虚假审稿人可能会导致退

原先看网站看了一会，还是不怎么明白到底怎么个流程，今天去的时候也像个傻子。
还好BBDC的大厅里面有教练告诉你怎么做，那些穿着制服走来走去的闲杂人等就是教练
了。
报名的流程是这样的，蛮麻烦的。先从网站找到BBDC在哪里，基本上西部人民都去这里。
还有几个driving center，流程差不多，具体地址有待其他地区人民补充。
1。我坐188过去的BBDC，带着钱(至少84块报名费，其它的可以以后通过internet转帐
交钱)。带着身份证件(NRIC/EP/SP..但是护照不行)，带着一张一寸护照照片就可以了。
2。到了大厅，先到中间的self-service pre-enrolment那里找一台计算机注册。
一般我们学的都是class 3，这个有两种，一种自动当的是class 3A，手动当就是3C
建议学手动当，因为价钱是一样的，手动当的课程涵盖了自动当。不过自动当较容易通
过。在计算机上选择好要学的课程，输入自己的基本信息，就到informa |

然后从Identification Requirements里面看到有两项是：
1. Foreign Passport with US Visa or Visa Waiver I-94W (Green) or Admission

2. I-94 Form presented without passport. If without photo, must also provide

发这个贴子的目的是为了给有类似我这种背景的人（体育类），有一个可以借鉴的例子
，为帮助后来人提供一些有价值的参考，少走一些弯路。
整个过程从递交材料到拿到绿卡只用了5个月的时间，在得克萨斯办理的。
在申请以前，实在是苦于找不到类似的案例，所看到的大部分都是学术方面的case，自
我感到很无助，彷徨和不安。
我也曾经咨询过MITBBS上的几位律师，他们都告诉告诉我同样的结论就是：不行。我也
咨询过几位美国律师，因为他们从来没有接触过关于体育类的case，都不愿意接。我当
时就觉得自己实在没有可能了。
但是在一次偶然的机会，我的一个朋友告诉我，Lotus200430发的一个很简短的贴子关
