Circulon Infinite Twin Pack 10-Inch & 12-Inch Open Skillets
【优点】：
1. 材质：这套锅的锅底是不锈钢的，锅身是hard anodized aluminum材质，在手上掂
量一下就知道很有份量。煤气灶、电灶都可以用。
2. 锅底平坦。摊鸡蛋饼，摊出来的厚度很均匀。
3. 试验过多种食材，实践证明，锅身一点儿都不沾。
4. 那个12寸的锅子，可以当作炒锅用。它的锅身比一般的open skillet要深一些，可
以用于一般的中国式炒菜。
【缺点】：
1. 太重。那个12寸的大锅子，我一只手颠锅比较费力。
2. 由于材质比较厚，所以锅子预热比较慢。其预热速度是我的cast iron wok预热速度
