As for the venue to settle a dispute: Parties to a contract (the agreement
between Russia and China is a contract) may stipute the venue (where and
what: in the latter: a court or arbitration) when a contract is signed. For
example, you may have signed a similar contract with your credit card issuer
(bank) about venue and law of the state that decides the dispute. I have
not heard of France as the inevitable venue. |

50年代抗美援朝，中国空军的飞机全部来自苏联

70年代和美国合伙玩苏联

90年代搞了个上合组织，俄罗斯成了二把手

从中国身上，苏联唯一的收获就是让外蒙独立了，其他的时候光付出了。
美国在中国身上吃亏不太多，唯独被挨打的几次是朝鲜战争、越南战争。
改革开放以后是被中国玩了一次，中国允诺说允许中国加入世界市场和全球化，中国就
会开放民主，把美国甚至西方忽悠的一愣一愣的，真的放手让中国发展市场经济，把欧
美市场和技术大把大把的放给中国了，到今天才明白，啥玩意儿，中国强大了，还是要
跟自己抢资、抢国际秩序主导权的。不过总算是比苏联反应快了些，避免了被中国卖了
