defense from opps in the future. In that sense, it is very profitable to
make small mistakes to induce large mistakes from opps, which can be more
profitable than the strategy that is mistake free, but also quite
predictable. This kind of philosophy is applied in no limit holdem a lot.

品的健康后果没有清晰认识。这就是真正的原因吗？
根据报告全文，皮尤中心给19，984名科学家发出了调查问卷，3748人（18.8%）完成了
问卷调查。其中生物医学学科背景的科学家占50%。报告没有说明50%的生物医学背景是
否能够代表科学家总体的学科构成。更大问题是在这50%的科学家人群中，有多少人的
工作是与转基因作物的研究有关，以什么样的方式相关。报告没有提供任何信息。
由于这些关键信息缺失，88%的科学家相信转基因安全的说法毫无意义。在一个没有代

本来这个yield就不高,我每次为了测个序,都至少要从10ml overnight culture里小抽
有关不表达的问题,建议你所有clone(一个construct做8~12个),先煮菌,然后挑阳性的
用1ml small scale 测试表达情况,简单做法是
overnight culture,1:100稀释到1ml LB中,37度,3hr,然后用终浓度0.2~1mMIPTG
induce
37度3hr,然后取100ul,离心,扔掉90ul上清,加10ul 2xSDS loading buffer,不用重悬
直接煮10min,跑胶
有的时候这种条件可能表达时间不够看不出来表达,就要用更麻烦的small scale
就是2ml体系,其他都一样,但是要37度养到od 0.3,然后换18度养到od 0.6,再induce
induce后用18度,200rpm,overnight(8~16hr),然后再看whole cell蛋白看有没有表达
如果上面两个都没表达,基本上就没啥希望了 |

却所知甚少。美国哈佛大学医学院的研究人员日前报告说，他们首次从分子水平发现运动有益心脏健
康的机理，这一发现将有助于开发出治疗心血管疾病的新疗法。
研究人员通过小鼠实验发现，经常运动可以使小鼠体内的C/EBPβ转录因子水平显著下降，其结果会促
进小鼠心脏肌肉细胞增殖，有益于心脏生长。此外，研究人员还发现，体内C/EBPβ水平较低的小鼠对
心力衰竭具有抵抗能力。
研究人员表示，这项研究对心脏肌肉再生的潜力有了深入理解。参与研究的哈佛大学医学院教授安东
尼·罗森茨魏希表示，通过这项研究可以开发出针对那些无法运动的心脏病患者的疗法。
这项研究成果发表在新一期美国《细胞》杂志上。

Oligomycin will not induce "sustained hyperpolarization".
Actually, I don't think any ETC inhibitor will induce sustained
hyperpolarization.
Usually, a collapse of membrane potential will happen after "maybe 30 mins
or even shorter" of OXPHOS inhibition. |
