how much from swing trade? Why assume the majority of the return is from
your action rather than your inaction?
If a person with all cash account starts DCA from the beginning of this year
, he will get about 15% return by doing nothing. In comparison, your return
really depends on whether you can swing correctly.
Anyway, bear market will test who are real indexers and who are not.

公司那种保险是group的，一般都是cover员工的，相对来说有个病灾的还是很合算的。
但是长期生病，inactive了，保险就不cover了
你自己买保险是另算，可以找一些term或者cash value life insurance，很多保险公
司都在做，我知道cash value的，这个如果得了癌症这种terminal illness，一般都直
接付清保额，或者你不要钱，死了给家人 |

但是如果得了喉癌不能上课了，那就算inactive了吗？不能自己出钱继续
购买学校的life insurance了吗？
怪不得我认识一个学校单身女老师，孩子还小，她自己得了癌症却还坚持上课，而且状
况不太好，我还奇怪她为什么不在家养病。估计就是怕不上班了没保险，以后去世了，
她的孩子得不到保险赔付了。
我觉得这样规定的group life insurance真是坑爹啊。可能保险公司出于这种赚钱可能
更大的考虑，才给group便宜的价格的。反正得了长期病不能工作的话，保险就不用赔

下午快下班的时候，agent打来电话，说是seller签好了合同，她已经fax给我了，问我
收到没有？ 我告诉她没有，因为我还没有回到家。
她接着说，明天她会把listing inactive， 并把买卖双方签好的合同连同我的pre-
approval letter 一起fax给银行，估计应当很快就会有结果。不知道是这双份
commission 让她激动还是她和seller谈得很顺利，Agent说这话的时候听起来很快活的
感觉。
可这还没完，她越说越多，而且最让我感兴趣的是，她说 “其实这个房子不象其它
short sale 的房子有几个loan，还属于不同的银行。和一家银行说好了另外一家银行
又说不好，或者把selling price说好了，但银行间的分配又摆不平，因此往往比较麻
烦，拖得很久。但这个房子只有一个loan，一家银行，很单纯，只要follow 银行的要
求准备和并及时提供资料，应当不会拖太久。”

第一，去Utah division of real estate的网站查询相关信息。

需要在指定的几所学校交钱参加120hr的培训。
第二，交钱上课。选online的课程就行，不用去classroom。省时省力。
我选的最贵的那个stringham，服务不错，推荐。但是学费可真不便宜。$599
第三，上完课参加学校考试，然后参加考前培训，拿结业证。
第四，拿了结业证就可以去pearlson vue网站上预约state exam了。
她们网站预约不好用，得打电话才能确定。考试费$66
第五，考过了当时给按指纹，给receipt。拿着四张forms就可以寄到
