看了一个山上的房子,风景很好,学区很好,floor plan也很好,价钱合理, 但是在一条
potentially active的fault附近,幸运是不在active的附近,在landslide危险区,开始

inspector说是老的，inactive的痕迹。是在beam的一端，有大概２feet长。
inspector说木头没有被吃很多。没有导致结构破坏。This inspector is a builder
also. 问前辈，这问题大吗？房子还能要吗？谢谢？
在离大概３米远的下的，一块木头上也有的白蚁活动的痕迹.

如果你的幽门螺旋杆菌是阳性，需要做根除治疗
恶变风险确实和incomplete还是complete有关，但这个只能问看片子的病理科医生，你

肠上皮化生确实有治疗用药，是celecoxib （你可以让你的医生看这篇文章http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=17270001），但因为证据不是特别充足（研究的还不够多），而且这个药本身也有出现副作用的风险，因此是否要用请与你的医生详细讨论

and rare Helicobacter organisms present (immunohistochemical stain).

to bank transfer 功能从presidential 拉钱，结果又悲剧。更可气的是这功能被lock
ed，打电话给HSBC。知道的原因又是因为转账被据造成的。要从新开通，需要presiden
tial写封信给他们。
实在没有办法我给presidential 打电话，说说情况，为啥我的转账老悲剧，他们说我的
账号好久没有activity,所以现在是inactive,可我记得以前没有这个规定呀，这个账号
我都有2年了，没有问题。希望有她家账号的得注意，每个月得有activity. |

飞机票网站上消费的，看了一下大部分是中东和南非间的航线，肯定不是我订的。所以
马上给citi打了电话，现在已经以conditional credit方式把钱退给了我，关了我现在
的卡，过几天会再给我寄一张新卡过来，信用历史什么的会继承。另外让我填了几张表
(包括一个Decleration of unauthorized use)，部分fax，部分mail回去了。幸运的是
钱不多，而且我现在还有每个月Citi identity monitor，估计即时真的被划走也能被i
nsure吧。我这张卡是备用的，我看了一下最近6个月的statement，似乎就是交了两个月
的ATT电话费(防止长期inactive)，真不知哪里漏出去的。 |

最近收到citi的来信，说因为账户inactive，账户目前被inactivated，并且威胁要关
掉账户。寄过来一张表要填，说如果不想被关，可以填好表格后：1。去本地citi
branch递交本表格。或者2。公正表格之后邮寄给citi。
不明白，是citi不厚道，还是我应该确实一直让账户处于活动状态，不停存点，用点钱
啥滴？
另外，本地没有citi branch。哪位大侠知道这个公正程序怎么做？

每个州的限期不同，3年到5年。inactive accounts become unclaimed properties。
充公。
公正的话，去local ups store比去银行方便，便宜。cost about $10. banks will
cost you at least $15。银行有公正牌的人还不经常在。
我的建议，如果没有local citi branch,你在citi的网站注册各id,把钱转帐到自己其
他银行的账户不就行了？别花公正的钱了。 |
