来的， 情商用我妻子的话来说就是没法在国内混那种人。
优点是jack of all trades，相当于RPG里面的混合型 职业，能输出伤害能加血能控制
但什么都不精通那 种。 而且直觉不错，复杂的事情能简单处理，众说 纷纭的会议里

同的，而且可能更好，但这不能说明她的idea是从哪儿来的。退一步讲，即便是你曾经
有这个idea，但放弃了，后来有人用同样的idea做出implementation了，你知道了这个
结果，这时候再把idea捡起来做另一个implementation也已经算下乘了。 |

申了Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter,eBay,都拿到onsite.去湾区只有三
天,只好放弃T.G家开始说过了hiring committee,但拖到三周多后告诉我挂了.由于过于
自信,本以为会签了,导致没有申到今年的H1B.因此对G家充满怨念.拿到M,L,E的OFFER.
思量之后签了M,RSDEII.
先说我的感想:
1)别老想着做题,起决定作用的还是基本功,思维能力,和状态.我有些朋友横扫各大
公司的,他们都不屑于搜面试题来做.而且总有做不到的题,面试时候的发挥很重要;
2)尽管如此,尽量多的去做些题.重复率还是蛮高的;
3)找工作是不确定性蛮大的事情,保持好的心态,自信.

最近我工作最密切的合作伙伴是三哥， 感觉对他们 了解多了很多。 在北美职场，阿
三毕竟是中国人的 最大竞争对手。 在下跟成功两个字拉不上半点关 系，经验只适合
炮灰和底层管理，这里只是抛砖引 玉，希望能得到更多讨论。
先介绍一下自己的情况， 六年前进入公司， 从社会 底层的support, 到后来的
implementation, sales， account manager，project manager都做过。 我 自己编程
技术不过硬， 没法吃纯R&D的饭，学历如 果同级别的人是少林武当那我就是斧头帮出
来的， 情商用我妻子的话来说就是没法在国内混那种人。
优点是jack of all trades，相当于RPG里面的混合型 职业，能输出伤害能加血能控制

多种implementation方式啊。
一般都是说list( array-based or linked-based ),queue，stack，tree，graph，
hash table这些是数据结构吧，然后可以有很多种implementation |

1. 给一个二叉树 返回镜像 (Binary Tree Mirror)
2. Implement a thread-safe blocking queue.
3. 一个嵌套Map， 就是一个HashMap, 它的value可以是一个element也可以是另外一个
嵌套map或是空的map. 实现一个iterator来遍历这个map里面的所有element。 就是类
似树遍历一样的方法
4. 给你一个数组，其中一个数出现了大于N／３次，N是数组长度。怎么找？我先说
HASHTABLE，他问我还有没有什么办法。想来想去只能SORT. 他就问下一题了。不知道
还有没有什么最优解。我觉得那种针对一个数字出现过大于N／２的VOTING ALGORITHM
好象不是很合适吧。
