I'm in serious trouble right now, and hope someone can help me. The technician
in my department tried to re-install everything on my laptop, and he told he
backed up my files on Symantec image. But later I found out that many of those
backup files are corrupted, i.e. with "0 byte" and a new date (8/8/05). That
technician said that Symantec provides no means for reparing those damaged
images.
What can I do? Please help me. There are so many important files on that
laptop.

（ 需要5张以上DVD），这样就可以完全恢复到之前的系统。 但是win8 只能生成
recover disk （16G）。 有什么办法能生成系统备份／system image file?
refurbish 的联想电脑没有給win8 安装盘。所有需要把系统影像备份。 |

我不太懂puppeteer (舟云) 的方法，不过还是要谢谢你。
我还有一个问题， 今天NIKON 的技术服务给我们展示了NIS Viewer （NIS ELEMENTS
RESOURCE CENTER）http://www.nis-elements.com/resources-downloads.html。 这个软件是专为NIKON 设计的， 可以打开.ids，但是却无法打开.lsm。 其实我对NIS Viewer 不太敢冒，但是我老板被NIS Viewer的volume view 功能吸引了，这个程序可以把Z 轴 图像用360 度旋转的方式展现出来。老板希望我能用IMAGE J 做出同样的效果 （或者想办法用NIS Viewer 打开.lsm-以前用德国货照的图片）。
有谁有什么方法可以解决我的问题吗？

这个东西临床上不一定好用，你得测清楚什么时候是背景荧光，多长时间这些背景荧光
被排出去，多长时间真正的信号被降解掉。从他们的图上看，在老鼠上面好像注射两小
时后时间最好，在人身上是多少不好说。而且得做些免疫组化的片子来看看有imaging
信号的地方是不是真是癌组织。
不过他们用FACS能检出100多个癌细胞的那个应用挺酷的，也许对白血病的早期检测有
帮助吧。 |

. It looks like a lady, Quyen Nguyen, is heading this research. But I do not
know when they started in this field. In my view, image-guided-surgery is
more about application than research. So I really do not know how Roger
Tsien, a leader of innovation/breakthrough, will play a major role here.

copy. Do you treat the lava with some chemicals to stop the movement?
Also image J has plugin that could correct the drifting issues, which might

LAS4000mini.实验室友人以前用过LAS3000， 很赞， 但是没有人用过Bio-Rad。各位用

Among them, Bio-Rad ChemiDoc™ Imaging System is the best. I would
recommend it. high sensitivity, easy software, and fast.

search and try it.
Or you can use matlab: first read the image in, then find the index for the
curve, then compare the index of each pixel of the image with the curve, and
store them in a matrix |

是AP,主要做high resolution imaging system, X-ray CT/SPECT/PET等都有项目在做,
周围还没师兄师姐毕业,所以对就业也不是很了解. GE SIEMENS PHILIPS这三家巨头的
healthcare做得比较领先,别的就一点都不了解了,请问这3家的R&D工作机会和就业形势
怎么样,门槛以及待遇如何?还有除去这3家以外还有没有别的可发掘的,谢谢
PS: 学校工业界reputation还可以(uiuc),不过系里方向比较新,老板人脉也暂时有限,
但很有朝气,也应该能学到不少 |
