oxybenzone，又名benzophenone-3
该化合物有两个苯环，不带电，是个非常疏水的化合物，所以经常附着在很多游泳的地
方公用的东西上，比如tube、mask、vest之类的，水是洗不掉的。。。。。。。我对这
个东西过敏，于是就悲剧了，去water park，去浮潜都不幸中招。。。。。。。这次去
cruise浮潜用的面具上就有残留下来的防晒，我都用海水洗了，脸上还是过敏得不行，
现在非常难受，上来发文控诉一下！
大家去skindeep上查一下会发现它的危险系数高达9（10满分）。我非常不能理解为什
么会用这种危险的成分来防晒，我的生物和化学的知识都告诉我，这个东西不但不会防
止skin cancer，还会促进skin cancer!为什么呢？因为它的“防晒机理”就是通过它
的疏水性，穿过细胞膜进入我们的细胞里，然后跟UV反应，以此来“吸收”UV，但是吸
收以后呢？实际情况是：这个东西跟UV反应以后就产生了自由基，大家都知道自由基是
促进衰老的，而且有引发cancer的危险性。。。。。。。。。

此经英译本的译者Maurice Walshe 的用词是：insight （vipassana） way ，所以译成观道或

的BSI sensor，和普通sensor的技术是不同的。
常见的1.4um CMOS sensor，是FSI类型的。如楼主所说，ip5预测用的是1.1um BSI类型。
BSI是Backside-illumination，FSI是Frontside-illumination。CMOS sensor的电路是
刻制在chip die的正面，感光器件在反面。FSI是正面入光，因为电路在正面，会挡掉
一些光，每个pixel的有效入光量就减少了。BSI是反过来，反面入光，同样大小的
pixel，入光量比FSI要大不少。每个sensor pixel的入光量越大，效果越好。
从另一个角度来说，要达到同样的光学性能，BSI型的sensor，pixel可以做过得比FSI
型的更小。这是为什么用1.1um的sensor，光学性能可以和1.4um的sensor
相当。1.1um BSI sensor的面积大约是1.4um FSI型的60%吧，但测出来的效果一点都不
差。

在做super resolution imaging这个圈子里，xiaowei也坐不了头把交椅。 Hell才是当
之无愧的世界第一,人作出STED的时候xiaowei才刚开始读PhD呢。你去看看 Hell lab的主页
http://www.mpibpc.mpg.de/groups/hell/,人lab有50号人，得了无数大奖。STED早卖给了
Leica，别的lab用这玩意paper都发了一摞了。美国这边，xiaowei 06年做出STORM时，
同时Janelia Farm的 Eric Betzig 也做出了PALM，两者从原理到效果差不多。Betzig近来
的beam plane illumination也煞是令俺羡慕啊。
这些搞super resolution imaging的人就是通过折腾illumination的方式来提高

If structured illumination doesn't work, you need to use super resolution
methods. Very few places have them. You probably need to change your
labeling method depending on what method you want to use. GFP is not the best choice in super resolution. The only method that had been successful with regular GFP is STED. Other methods are PALM, STORM. |

I'm sure this will get red because it's Monster, but I'm also guessing
Logitech gets a piece of the pie which doesn't make me happy. My 890 died
just over a year with no recourse from Logitech. I swore them off and bought
a Philips remote from Woot which does OK.
Anyway, I can't deny the functionalit y of the Harmony remotes, and this
one is based on the Harmony 890 Pro and is only $59.99. It might as well say
