要资源的东东。我要求继续兼职念一个系统安全管理的硕士学位，（以前的老板
support我念了一半）他总是躲开这个话题。然后说，你看你看，我们在帮你办绿卡呢
。他是巴基斯坦人，我不想给他扣什么种族的帽子，我看他做其他事情都算是光明正大
的。但感觉他明显不愿意我发展其他管理类的技能，而希望我在目前这个位置上继续稳
定工作，保证他的机器不出什么问题。想想要为了张卡，消耗起码7到8年在这个已经没
有任何挑战的职位，真他妈的郁闷。去年已经ignore我的idp了，今年又是这样。老大
，我该怎么做？跟他挑明我的想法吗？还是调整我自己的心态？ |

Ras: Z.Thomas 老牌的tackle machine. 但海豚由4-3改3-4了。 Thomas数据应该有
所下降。不算best pick
Breeze: E.Reed 靠，截胡。And best pick of the round. 其实DB也是应该比LB更先
争的位置。尤其是league setting不算pass def. 所以能tackle的DB(Safety) 更重要。
公认的牛safety就那么几个。Reed更是以big |

了，你估计还是有90％的可能需要补修一些课程。不过美国有几个州不要求

那么，对于持有美国B类签证的中国旅游者，到底能否持中国（仅限大陆）签发的驾驶
执照在美国租车驾车呢？
美国驾照签发和管理的权限在于各州，但是美国联邦政府对于外国驾照在美国的使用还
是有一个大致的框架，可以参考：美国国务院外交事务手册第7卷-1430驾驶执照。
然而由于美国各州的交通法规略有差异，且中国并非是联合国《日内瓦道路交通公约》
和《维也纳道路交通公约》缔约国，因此中国驾照能否在美国使用因州而异。
以下是中国游客（仅限B类签证）持中国大陆驾照能否在美国50个州及首都特区合法驾
车的清单，

严格来说，大陆来的持B2签证不能在德州开车。B2签证不能考当地驾照。中国没有加入
国际驾照协会，不能发国际驾照（台湾以中华民国名义加入了）

国际驾照不是一个驾驶执照，它只是你国内驾照的一份多文本官方翻译件。
根据1968年联合国道路交通公约第41条第2款，公约的各缔约方承认以下三种驾照
可以在其领土上使用：
任何一个用和该国语言相同的语言签发的驾车人本国驾照，或者如果不是使用相同
语言签发的，和一份被认可的翻译件一起使用的驾车人本国驾照。
任何一个在语言、格式、机动车分类方式等方面符合道路交通公约第6附加条款中
的要求的国内驾照。
由其他缔约方或其下属机构，或其授权的机构签发的国际驾照。

IDP的faculty research field涵盖了大部分UF biological departments (except plant biology related fields). Faculty的研
究水平参差不齐， 大牛极少 （还是要看你感兴趣的领域了, 查CRISP and NSF Award Database好了）；这里的学术气氛(IDP
and all UF) 远远比不上西海岸和东北的大多数学校，适合养老 :)

1， CA 承认国外驾照不需要International Driving Permit (IDP).但是我们不在CA.
2，中国不在联合国道路交通条约里，所以任何IDP的办理都是假的。
3，我们这个州的DMV网上找不到任何关于IDP的信息（破网，不是“烂网”）。多数州
要求具有IDP，本国的驾照，还有I-94信息。
几圈逻辑下来，发现就是no way啊。有高人高见吗？ |

RB极牛（SA, Doma Davis, EG），WR和QB较弱，K和TE无人可挡。
板凳深度不够。IDP太差。Rivers和软蛋这两个倒数1，3轮的pick很好。

看了一下大家的反馈，似乎对IDP不是很狂热，大家似乎还是倾向于TEAM。
至于team+DB+LB这种简化模式，本来是很好的设计，但也许真比起来，
会有些混乱，比如一个队里的DB INT return for TD, 如果饭大喜选手既有
TEAM，也有这个DB，就会导致怪异的双倍得分 ---这个和自己的QB传给自己的WR的
双倍得分有本质区别。
另外，考虑到auction的时间，和玩家体验等因素，那本赛季就要只玩DEF TEAM好了。
不过请各位老大本赛季也多留心防守队员的表现，因为下赛季，咱们可能会上IDP。
没有最爽，只有更爽。:-)
我的想法是：下赛季咱们早点动手，auction分两天(不一定要连着)进行，
第一天搞offense，第二天草稿IDP。 |

要有美国驾照，花20来美元就可以办。 在德国的慕尼黑的机场，用美国驾照就可以直
接租车的。
一般来说在西欧，用美国驾照都可以直接租车，但为了保守起见，我觉得还是弄个idp
比较保险。毕竟去欧洲自驾，旅馆都订了，行程都是按照自驾设计的。 万一租车的地
方必须要那个idp, 而你没有... 而且20美元也不是特别贵. 瑞士也应该可以的，但瑞
士租车因为车上有那个vignette, 相对来说租车价格要比德国要贵. |

美国签了1949年的没签1968年的貌似区别不大。反正美国接受外国人的IDP，美国也可
以签发IDP。
美国也接受外国牌照汽车进入美国行驶（不仅限于加拿大和墨西哥）。我还真的见过一
次德国车牌的高尔夫在美国行驶（前后都是欧盟车牌）。2001年CCAV《地球脉动之从南
极到北极》摄制组车队挂着京E车牌穿越了美国。

我28周糖筛的时候发现血小板比正常值范围的最小值还低，于是开始监测血小板，每次
去一个cancer specialty 的 office 测血小板，OB的护士一再给我说只是看看血小板
，不要被cancer的title 吓着了。开始血小板降得很快， 已经低于100了，我很担心不
能顺产，不过好在最后稳定在了100左右，医生乐观的跟我说用epidural 应该没问题。
生前五天的时候检查开了两指，50%软化，这时候妈妈已经到美国了，于是放心的爬楼
梯 走路来催产什么， 过了两天见红了，但是还是完全没有宫缩。 终于在周一的晚上
去超市买了一堆坐月子的食材之后，娃发动了，开始宫缩并不密集，我还是坚持把晚饭
吃完，洗了个澡，给医生打了电话，说大概 5 六分钟一次，一次 一分钟左右， ob 让
去医院看看，于是告别老妈，拎着产包跟老公去医院了。
到了医院问了一堆问题之后 ，就去了观察室， 结果内检还是 开两指，50% 软化，但
是护士看我疼得比较厉害，说可以留院，她听说我血小板低之后，说必须抽血查血小板

我在美国so far只见过MA不让中国驾照开车. IN/CA/NY都可以. MA的DMW网站上面只写
HK和TW, 后面括号写明不包括中国大陆, 看的人气不打一处来. TW也就罢了, 好歹人也
靠右走. 尼玛HK靠左走的都可以, 偏偏大陆的不行.

IDP我以前玩的那种感觉还不错：就是每人三个defense player, 不管位置，DE, DL,
LB, CB都行，反正算分都一样，还是tackle, tackle assist, pass defended,
interception, force fumble, fumble recover, kick block, return for TD. |

他切考驾照算了。主要觉得他是个黄师傅，不晓得要考几次才过得到。路考都是在我的
上班时间，要请假带他切，一两次就不说了，多了我也遭不住。

is a just library, and do not provide a complete SAML identity (IdP) or
service provider (SP). You'll need IdP and SP to get things working.
SAML itself is a fairly complicated process, there are at least five or six
steps behind the scene between clicking the SSO link to the landing page. I
found wikipedia has a good explanation of SAML. Google also provide some SSO
API. PingIdentity is a decent vendor with good document |
