加州这个法律原来我没听说，这次听说了，我好奇，就去特地去查了一下。

有争议的相关条款(f)，说根据学生的gender identity来参加活动，
压根没有“自己选择”“凭自己意愿”“自定义”之类的文字，

--先说两个在本族语的维系（ETHNIC LANGUAGE MAINTAINACE)方面不争的事实，也是让
人很失望的事实。
第一个事实：研究表示，移民本族语的维系，到第三代已经全部消失了。即使是不懂英
语，完全讲西班牙语的墨西哥移民，居住在多语环境极佳的加州，也免不了这样的结局
。当然这是统计数字，不能排除极个别案例。
第二个事实：在所有的少数族裔中，华人的本族语维系是最差的。但是华人父母受教育
程度是最高的，和母国的联系也是最紧密的（被称作太空员）。华人的语言习得是很有
意思的一个课题。
大家可以猜测造成两个事实的原因。第一个事实的主要原因是，本族语言维系不仅仅是

爱情或者自由。Kundera有小说叫Identity，这个词朕一直没找到满意的
中文对等，虽然并不是一个复杂的词。
Identity 是一个人区别于其他所有人的一个性质，凭借这一点可以从人群
中把他辨认出来的那个性质。所以这个小说的中译本叫“认” ，也不是没

总的来说，就是中了西方资产阶级“人不为己，天诛地灭”思想的毒，被西方资产阶级

践方面，无论是访谈，还是周围朋友，都看到很多。刚开始看的时候，因为接触的是负
面居多，觉得很DEPRESSING.。 看得再广一点和深一点，就坦然很多了。现在我自己也
有了两个半孩子，虽然都还很小，自己一直在考虑和体会孩子自我认同，自我同一方面
的培养。

如斯成立，则亚裔家长推自个的娃也须小心。如家长推了10年娃也没学会自推，那靠补
习班、凑活动经验上了藤校也是去给牛娃当分母做尾巴去了，也许不如去一州校帮助大
