师的信。不知道之后perm如果被批准的话，是不是今天这个日期就是排队日期了？
律师信如下：
（里面提到的查询link 是 http://icert.doleta.gov/ 但是没研究出来怎么用那个link查询东西。汗 ）

. Typically you won't have the username and password. |

需要向公司或律师询问你的 case number 是什么。如果知道就可以查到。
另外，网站速度比较慢。 |

如果你过了公布的时间，可以让雇主/律师写信去催。
这事不归USCIS管，USCIS比DOL透明多了。 |

Priority Date”称呼所有待批案件。

2012.9 把材料都给律师了，开始申请
2013.1 等了很久，才收到Prevailing Wage Determination的批准，之后打广告
2013.3 递交PERM
现在http://icert.doleta.gov/看才批到2013.1月，照这个速度，等我批下来也要1年了。
有同时间段申请的筒子们说说我这个正不正常，不然我老怀疑我的律师拖拖拉拉。
还有个问题，如果拿到PERM之后换个律师，有没有什么问题？ |

发帖数: 1788 | 22 材料给律师然后指望5个月能批下来基本上不可能，哪怕是PW和招聘同时搞。
最近几年PERM批下来从来也没低于45天的吧，等半年一年的一大把...
你自己太心急了，这个律师的进度是比较快的，6个月内就递交了。
不知道你那个时候PW要等多久，今年年初我家LD的反正是三个多月。
PERM之后换律师本来也不是什么问题，钱也都是分步收吧。当然公司和律师有合同另说。

复不能提交，现在又说只有Off Peak Hour才能work，但是还是不提交。。。 |

file了，现在开门以后又是各种借口不断，就是不file，理由包括：iCERT technical
issues，现在这个借口不能用了，又说the online system only works during off
peak hours。这样下去原本2个月的事情6个月都弄不完。
看看版上有没有最近成功file的再去argue，同时跪求建议怎么对付这种律师。谢谢！ |

我亲自登录ICERT了,显示case确实要等几分钟，不过最后还是能出现。
到最后一步，就出现SUBMIT了，尽管我没SUBMIT,但是我觉得应该可以。
