but this material turns out to be an excellent source of cellulose for paper
manufacturing in countries where trees are scarce, scientists report. And
in regions with plenty of farm animals such as cows, upcycling manure into
paper products could be a cheap and environmentally sound method to get rid

你说的蛋白沉淀下来再测是什么意思？就是裂解-离心-取上清？
比如我的细胞，我加了含SDS的去裂解，为了核蛋白，这样lysate很粘，我就去超声，
等离心后经常看不见沉淀，直接就拿去用了。

Changing the pH works, but usually denatures proteins. I used to do elutions
with ammonium hydroxide (pH>10). It is both efficient and convenient. It

反应一会儿，再用水一冲，就干净了。冲完以后，也没戴手套，把下面垫的破报纸
拿起来，攥了攥，扔到垃圾桶。过了一会儿，觉得右边耳朵里面有一点疼，一阵一
阵的，同时发现右手肿了，明显比左手大一圈。今天早上起来好了一点，耳朵不怎
么疼了，可是右手还是肿着。
在网上查了一下，ease-off 有这些成分，
Butane (1-5)
Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether (5)
Monoethanolamine (MEA) (0-5)
Sodium hydroxide (0-5)

射量不够。如果不换泵的话，只好用强碱液。泵有一个水表控制。
我能买到的Sodium Hydroxide标称的食品级（Food Grade），但没有明确标明是否可用
于水处理。按卖家解释，是因为个人用户买来做水处理很少，所以没有标明。按我的理
解用食品级的来做水处理应该没有问题，但还是想请教行家的意见。

。 这个 magic mouth wash 的 formulation 里的maalox 我觉得就是magnesium and
aluminum hydroxide. 至于小宝宝能不能用。反正如果我儿子感冒鼻塞我肯定不用这个
。如果是生口疮，喉咙发言痛的难受我不反对用来试试。
我是医院里的pediatric pharmacist.虽然工作时间不太长，也不敢说经验丰富。不过
我还是丛来都没见过这个formulation给小宝宝用的。antihistamine 也不常给小宝宝
用，当然治疗过敏症状的情况除外。 |
