我觉得大概是这样的
这种两亲高分子与普通的两亲高分子的区别在于
1. 因为它是多肽,所以它可以互相缠绕形成蛋白质样的结构，所以憎水的链节在这里
自组装，起到交联点的作用，而且交联强度的顺序是a-helix> b-strand > random coil
2. 而亲水的链节是带电的，互相排斥，无法靠近
所以一吸一斥，使得高分子链既不能聚集成micell,又不能分散在水里形成溶液，以至
於这种两亲高分子在水中形成独特的hydrogel而不是胶体。
