也许你在你的州确实买到了，但这是非法的。再红脖的州，从FFL买枪一样要走NCIS的
背景调查，这个是绕不过去的。从个人买也许不要，但是没有HL持有枪支是非法行为。
年初我刚搬到现在的州，HL用的还是KY的，那时候买点子弹，就有ATF联合homeland
security等三四家，防弹背心口袋都插满AR弹匣，全副武装上门查水表了。后来简单出
示一下猎照，就没事了，还跟我道歉说他们系统里没有这个信息。 |

规定。绝大部分州立执法部门不可能知道联邦ATF的那么一条“例外”规定。

如果真的有哪个州可以随便颁发这种HL，那也是个合法的捷径

的北美猎物上没有质的区别。
选猎枪关键在其他的选项上，比如是否要不锈钢的，枪托要木头的还是合成塑料，保险
开关的位置和结构，弹夹是连体的还是分离式、瞄准镜的选择以及如何安装，扳机质量
，整枪的做工和抗造能力、枪重、枪长等等。这些其他因素往往在打猎过程中更能直接
左右成败。
回到楼主的问题，我觉得56半和Mosin与其他的hunting rifle比起来，都不适合打猎。 |
