HR3012 itself has bi-partisan support and promising to pass; the real block

look great, they would slow down your games, for example, if u have huge
chest, but your thigh is not as strong enough, you would jump lower, which
is not for basketball or volleyball.
Heavy body with huge 大肌群 would make you move slower in all racket sports.
So for sports performance, 大肌群最好也用重量比较小 but high reps.

The Modi government is making arrangements to courier sacred “Gangajal” (
Ganga water) to people's doorsteps.
India Post, the country’s oldest courier service run by the Ministry of
Communication and Information Technology, could soon offer subscribers the
option of dispatching Ganga Jal by postman.
