发帖数: 28562 | 1 现在红遍天下的光遗传学，大家（包括我）都认为是Stanford的Deisseroth创造的。但
是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。
有意思的是潘卓华发现自己的文章被人scoop之后写信问 Nature Neuroscience为什么

据美国《星岛日报》报道，上周五(11月14日)下午美国湾区一名华裔工程师，在枪杀公
司3高层人员匿藏16小时后，于11月15日晨向警方自首被捕，警方未在其身上发现武器
，15日中午将其落案控以3项谋杀罪名。
据报道，警方表示，47岁的被告吴京华平日为人和善有礼，相信他行凶动机是被公
司解雇后一时冲动怪罪三名死者。他15日晨10时45分在山景城El Camino Real夹Grant
Road的一商店前致电圣他克拉市警方自首，警员抵场将其拘捕。警员拘捕他时在其身上
未发现行凶的9毫米口径的凶枪或其它武器，相信被告在行凶后已弃置。
被解雇后回公司求见三高层
《星岛日报》16日报道说，圣他克拉警察局长Steve Lodge15日透露，警方已将被

标 题: 求助:准备去加拿大工作了，但想B1/2常来美国，走之前是否能递交NIW?

NIW材料准备的差不多了，但在递之前突然得到了加拿大的一个不错的OFFER，可能很快
就去了。现在对于是否递上这个NIW申请举棋不定。本人现在是H1B,但如果去了加拿大
后想再来美国（工作原因，肯定是要经常来美国），估计肯定要申请B1/B2。但如果我
现在走之前递交了NIW境外领取的那种(NVC)，如果批准了那么这个移民倾向肯定是显然
的了，是不是我在从加拿大申请来美国的B1/B2签证就会被拒签了？
我的问题是：
1. 如果我递交了NIW，是不是在加拿大我就会因为移民倾向申请不了B1/B2签证了？
2. 如果我的NIW最终得到批准了，但为了申请B1/B2，我是不是最终必须要撤销NIW的申
请才能证明没有移民倾向。如果撤销的情况下，我是否能够占住一个排期时间，将来如
果还想再来美国的话就可以直接递交绿卡申请了？

一直都在喝西洋参粉冲水，感觉真的效果很好，缓解疲劳恢复体力的功效非常明显。最
近原来在国内买的终于喝完了，结果去唐人街一打听敢情这东西是价格上千差万别，我
一直因为是几十元一磅，但发现其实还真有贵的。几百的都有。而且人家唐人街价格低
于100的西洋参连加工都不加工（其实就是要求粉碎）。所以看来真的要买贵的了，但
如何鉴别西洋参的品质呢？为什么价格差别这么大呢？别花了大价钱买回来，结果和30
元的没有多少区别那就亏了？
请明白的人给讲解以下吧？如何购买，买什么样的呢？我是买回来和茶叶一起冲水喝。
以前喝的真的不便宜，一小包在国内就3000多了。但毕竟这东西国内暴利，在美国应该
不值那么多。
