Also, you have to spend much more for a 400hp bmw than a mustang GT,
and i'm not sure you can afford it for the moment.
The only good thing about muscle car, is maximum hp/price ratio. that's it.
And by doing this the manufactures make great compromises.
But even in term of performance, a "race horse" by definition
doesn't only race on a straight line.
So tell me, which is closer to a real horse, BMW or mustang? |

测试的赛道是4.1 miles，有上下坡等等，
anyway，跑的越快越好，作为y轴的性能，x轴是pounds per horse power，
假设y-x是线性关系，做45度线，在45度线以下的性能好过在45度线以上的，
就是说在同样的pounds per horse power，离45度线越往下的用的时间越少。
一些直观的结果:
GTR很厉害，Evo也还不错，STi好像就一般。R比R32出色。 |

Ricotta Cheese pan cake
按照pan cake做法，面糊里面加ricotta cheese。 最后用ricotta cheese加糖粉，打
匀，作为topping。成品比普通pan cake更细腻润滑。
三文鱼
先把小葱切碎，裹面粉，炸出香味；鱼块用油、horse radish sauce 裹匀，中火煎熟
鱼块；horse radish sauce＋sour cream＋盐 拌匀，放在切块的cantalope上，然后放
上鱼块，撒油炸香葱。最好吃的是葱～
糖蒜鸡球
去皮去骨鸡腿肉切块，中火翻炒约20min，不需加油，鸡腿会出油；加糖蒜，炒匀。加
盐调味。
pumpkin laska
马来西亚风味。辣椒＋香茅＋香菜根＋蒜，用blendder搅碎成sauce；南瓜切块蒸熟（
12min）；中火炒熟sauce，加椰汁、鸡汤；放入切半的樱桃西红柿，煮约10min；加入
南瓜；加点面条就可以吃了。 |

起先看两个大男人（Ming和嘉宾厨师）在厨房里聊天做菜觉得好笑，不过行行出状元哪
。做菜的技巧真不少，比如打鸡蛋一定不能用打蛋器，否则气泡太多、蛋白蛋黄混合过
分均匀；做蛋饼用的蛋液要气泡少，蛋白蛋黄略有分开。最好用一柄叉子，顺着一个方
向，不多不少连打136次……附带迷信的烹调术很迷人。虽然从不做这种西式omelette，
不过做菜的视频真是赏心悦目，光是整洁明亮宽敞高端、十八般武器俱全的厨房就令
我叹为观止了，再加上青翠的菜蔬、娴熟的技巧，真是菜不醉人人自醉……

重复字符串, 这个我说了哈希表和外部排序, 但是面试人说有更好的办法(后来想也许
是bloom filter), 然后追问外部排序的细节到结束. 估计要挂 :(
总结: 面试既是技术活, 又是运气活.

书桌：我打算用ikea的腿diy一个书桌，不知道承重够不够。这个书桌够长，中间再加
个ikea带抽屉的柜子应该就没问题了
如果ikea的腿太烂了，打算去lowes买一对saw horse腿架在下面
现在这种saw horse腿挺流行的，lowes也就三十多一个
墙上不打算真的用那种wall shelf放东西。一是怕承重不够，二来需要竖型的铁架子打
底，书房风格就变了。三是其实架子真的不实用，尤其是书桌上方的架子，每次拿东西

有一次我老板要去中国出差，临去了想起来没签证，周五打电话问中国领馆，被告知处理需要若干天。
然后老板就派了他的秘书（白人）去“搞定”，然后吃中午饭的时候秘书就回来说，
you are all set. you can take the monday 8am flight to china.
老板很得意，说the chinese are tough, but 秘书 brought the horse head.
