I'm paying 950 bucks monthly for tax, 670 for maint for my current residential unit.
for the particular unit that i'm interested, the monthly maint. is 318 bucks
, annual tax is 6800..................
i'm thinking of buying it as an investment....
but it's rather small, only 566 sq ft. but it comes WITH the parking spot.

have to go all the way to College Point to turn back into Main Street.
Underneath the bridge there's a municipal parking lot, and you can U-turn
from the parking lot.
Plus, College Point is under construction now. Traffic has always been bad
during the weekdays given all the factories there, not to mention the road
constructions these days which makes it horrendous.
