决办法：将single hook穿过
treble hook的Eye，然后用融铅聚合，Bingo, you get a quadruple hook! 这个hook
，前面的single
hook钩住鱼喉，后面的treble hook钩住鱼舌，piapia的，啥鱼都跑不了。
我自从用了这个Hook，再也没跑过鱼，也从此脱离了新手阶段。想要速成高手的，不妨
一试。 |

不过，钓trout用circle hook并不能显著的减少死亡率，只要用bait，trout都会吞掉
，除非set hook的时机和技术掌握的无比精湛。所以circle hook比起一般的钩，并不
能解决什么问题，而且就像bass说的，circle hook太小基本很难钩到鱼，更别说钩嘴
了。
我夏天钓野生trout的时候，专门比较过circle hook和baitholder，即使是6寸的
brookie，都能很快吞掉6－8号circle hook，结果只能减线。
如果只是为了玩，C&R的话，强烈建议还是用lure或者fly吧，这样上钩的trout都是钩
在嘴附近的，摘钩容易而且快，trout不容易死。很多spoon，spinner钓trout一样很有
效，而且个人觉得上钩的感觉比用bait钓trout好。 |

发帖数: 977 | 5 我hook了好几年现在终于不hook了。我的解决办法就是hip turn initiates down
swing. 要做到这一点还必须注意back swing身体要保持centered,不能右移，否则重心
很难在down swing时移到左脚，重心在右边时，就不可能hip turn,能做到只有两点，
一是hip向左平移，二是肩膀使劲，两者都会造成hook,或更糟糕的pull hook.
我推荐你一个drill你可以试试：
两腿分开很大（70-80厘米吧），重心放在左腿上，有点象左腿弓，右腿绷，右脚垂直
，左脚向外撇，back swing始终保持这个姿势，down swing时哪儿都不使劲，就是hip
使劲turn.这样绝对不会hook,一般是push fade，等慢慢找到了hip turn的感觉再右手
加力，慢慢可能解决hook的问题。
其实这个drill看上去象是Moe Norman的swing，他被很多人认为是史上ball strike最
好的人，他的swing乍看上去很怪异，不过仔细想想还是很有道理的。

而且Circle hook似乎比较省事，懒得自己set hook，看鱼慢慢咬最后把自己钩上拉回来就行了，而且摘钩方便些。
第2个问题不是问的那种worm hook，就是bait hook，有的钩眼是弯的，有的是直的，
区别是啥啊？

间和思想准备做完整的set hook动作。以前我挂底白set hook吃亏太多，导致set hook
犹豫，跑过一些鱼。具体换杆和线的问题，我想等先多上上鱼积累经验再说。
以后我能分清了之后大概就不需要开bail来确认，看起来
准确判断迅速set hook > 放低杆尖让出几尺 > 开bail >> 在那儿不动或者乱拉来确认
钓小鱼不分年龄，一个月前我第一次钓bluegill都一包带劲的，现在8寸对我来说已经
不小，估计我很快就钓腻了，要找钓大鱼的办法了。

circle hook用大不用小。太小的话，在鱼转身的时候，不容易挂到嘴边。所以，如果
你用circle hook钓trout, 应该至少不比你用的J hook小，最好大一些。
我很多年前在walmart买过绑好的circle hook, 很细，8号还是10号我忘了，用来钓
trout很好用。但缺点是那个leader太短，有时我重新绑。 |

滑轮调节到适当的松紧,稍微拉一下,能出线就好
如果技术不是很精湛的话
最好就用没什么弹性的线
一方面比较容易感觉到鱼
另外一方面set hook比较容易
切记set hook动作不要过大,set hook的角度以你的正前方与地面不要超过90度 |

sandy hook总是动不动就close。去年就赶上过2次，今天赶上1次。下周想带朋友去玩
儿，不想扫兴而归。如果sandy hook关了，有没有其它的从那儿开车半小时能到的
beach。另外，很想在sandyhook骑自行车，不知道在哪儿能租。

再去，看有没有感兴趣的朋友一同前往。
时间：
July 30, 5:40am
地点：
Sandy Hook收费站后的第一个停车场 （收费站还不到收费时间，会免费发一张停车卡）
条件：
1。 有自行车（山地车，公路车不限），曾经骑行10英里没叫苦。
2。 有汽车，能将自行车运到目的地。
3。 早晨4点能起床。
4。 自行承担费用和风险。
内容：
在朝霞和海风的沐浴下，骑行2-3小时（大于10英里）。
9点以后，温度和太阳一起升高，为自由活动时间。

大嘴有水面活动,看起来是个topwater的好机会。先撒了玉米，放了一根竿等carp，然
后拿出我在ebay上淘换来的山寨top water塑料硬质小鱼，我甩啊甩。
第一竿，甩到草上，拉回。 第二竿，落在刚刚有动静的草边缘，拖动第一下，一个大
水花，尼玛被咬了， 真心得引用威力的话，虎躯一震菊花一紧啊。 猛的一拉，空了。
。 此后又甩了一会儿，无果，换饵。 之后换了钓点之后，又试验了一把，甩到没什么
动静的地方基本还是没动静，瞅准一条大嘴，落到正上方，一秒之后又是一个爆裂咬。
这次中了！ 赶快拉回来，原来挂眼睛上了。山寨货原来有这功能。。这算是我第一次
玩top water，感觉还不错。关键是不会挂底。。我今天血淋淋挂了两个crankbait，一
个KVD一个rapla，肉痛啊！！！！
在此请教carp问题。大家请指导啊。。 我用玉米，没咬， 换了面包，就正常的切片面
包，捏一捏就挂钩上了，钩子用的eagle本身绑好的1号。 我自己感觉不大不小正合适

2. check swing plane. too up right may result in too much "drop inside"
which promotes the hook
3. Keep hip turning all the way through. If hip stops turn, the body will
block the arm path results in no room for release. In this case, the arm
have to "flip over" which causes pull hook

我可以看到的问题，hook 时候好像击球点（at impact）球稍靠球杆根部（club head
heel). 所以如果address 的时候向后站一点使得球离身体远一点，大概可以部分解决
这个问题。但是这个方法治标不治本。除此之外我自己看不出别的问题。请大伙帮我看
看？

发帖数: 24 | 28 大概用手比划了一下你straight和pull（我觉得是pull多一些，可能有点pull hook）
下杆平面略有不同。你straight时候下杆平面和address的时候吻合，pull的时候平面
outside-in了。不过幅度不大。楼主上杆是under plane，下杆容易over the plane，
建议看看mark crossfield的一个swing plane的视频，对我很有帮助。
最近经常有hook 的问题。所以做了一下对比录像。一个straight, 一个hook.

今天太热， 去了sandy hook, 听说那个有个裸体海滩，本来想看看美女，去了一看，
差点晕倒，满眼不是是又肥又丑就是老头老太，年轻人不多， 这些人真是大无畏啊。
如果你对自己体型自卑，建议去美国裸体海滩一游， 保证归来自我感觉良好。不过走
之前最终看到2个美女， 其中之一拍写真， 旁边一堆WSN旁观（包括我）。用手机抓拍

发帖数: 1528 | 40 简单组装过程。 不好意思，Garage 太乱了，LD说得清理干净才能干下个project 了 :)
第一次用上了 几个月前买的Festool Jigsaw 和Lowes clearance 买的pipe clamps,
还有前几天amazon $120 的bosch router table.
对胶水没经验，一是titebond original干的挺快，二是用了太多胶水, 木块易滑动，3
是pipe clamp 拧的太紧，最后wall hook 成品压弯了，还好墙也不平. wall hook 粘
完用router trim 平直。
end table 更是没法clamped 了，没听LD 话做成空心的，太重了，最后决定用先用
nail gun 定位 再在边沿上螺钉，成品效果不错。 |

醒午觉之后，我就带他去Sandy Hook。在刚要出小区的时候，看到一位女士正在往两旁
的大树上绑白色和绿色的丝带。我感到非常困惑，因为圣诞的颜色应该是红绿而非白绿
，就特意降下车窗问她为什么往树上系白绿丝带。结果她告诉我：“Because of the
tragety in Newtown.”
在stop and shop买花的时候，因为心理没底，就特意问店员应该买什么样的花好，店
员告诉我最好是白色和绿色调为基础，因为该校的校色就是白色和绿色。于是在选好了
鲜花之后，她还特意帮我在外面绑上白色和绿色的丝带并告诉我如何插上卡片，以及在
什么地点有这样的纪念地点。因为自己早已决定要到学校附近去，所以就直接开车往学
校方向开。结果在newtown的警察局就看到了第一波纪念的人群，开始塞车。
刚到六号路上，车塞得更加厉害，几乎是挪动，开始看到很多的新闻媒体，偶尔还有警
