greease here and there. Also the mannul looked not dirty. Is this a
returned one?
called the vendor and I can return it. but i wanted to give a try. If it
works, I may just keep it.
In addition, there is a big transfomer loose which has 2 screws but seems
not fit anywhere. Anybody knows? |

发帖数: 3340 | 10 墙上的口是builder在装外墙板时开的，那时候还没装柜子，结果，偏一边了，导致我
只能用半硬的铝管。
本来是打算自己买lowes那个$50的wall cap的，那个有网，有弹簧盖，不会风吹得响；
某天去一看，作空调管道的2哥们直接给我装了一个，还说这是7"的，他们平常不用这
么大的，特意在从仓库里找来的，还说装好微波炉后他们再来连接管道，我只好说不用
了，下边的我自己来。算了，free的，我也就不再找麻烦拆了换了，就它了。这个cap
自带很长一段管道，伸出来的过长，需要裁掉，工具就是下边那个剪子，专门剪铁皮的
，狠多种，主要是头部有不同的弯曲方向/角度，以便在狭小空间作业，一般工具店和
walmart之类都有，$5左右。
AK2100AS的管道口比较靠墙，把它剪到剩1"够缠tape的就好。
连hood管道用的就是空调管道，铁皮卷的，接缝简单扣在一起，是不密封，在空调系统
里管道做好后是用水性的一种胶密封的，咱是手头有啥就用啥，拿装shower door剩下
的胶抹了一下缝（倒数第2张图管道内壁上方那条白色的），然后tape上。这么一来绝
不会出现版上以前有人说的那个楼下做饭楼上房间有 |

书接上文，上次说道管道准备好了，这次说钻孔作挂机器的准备。
AK2100AS的设计有问题，用4个螺丝挂在柜子底下，但是，前边的2个螺丝位置被风扇壳
基本完全挡住了，根本无法拧螺丝，最好的办法就是在柜底打孔用螺栓挂；后2个螺丝
倒是好拧，没啥问题。再就是随机的螺丝/垫片，我建议不要用，太单薄了。
先把机器拆箱，拿纸壳做个模板，把开口的洞挖出来，4个挂点和穿电线的孔标出来。
我的柜底板是内凹的，另用快递的大信封做了个小模板挖洞。
另外，说明书里标的那个开口到墙的距离好像是错的，反正我是自己做的模板，根本没
看说明书。
模板用胶带贴在柜底，洞的圈用铅笔画；挂点我用大头针扎了一下，图上后边2个挂点
位置上的就是大头针，前2个位置一定好尽量准确，后2个标不标无所谓；穿电线孔不需
要多精确，差不多就成。
标好之后就是开洞了，开洞要用电钻/电锯，钻这个大家都知道，锯要用Reciprocating
Saw。先在圆环上随便一点钻个孔，孔大小要能伸进去Rec |

give space to use screwdriver from under the hood. I agree with you it is a
bad installation design. BTW, my superhandy friend is a real expert in home
improvement. He is even better than some pros.
I used similar method as you did. I still had a hard time because I used 2
strengthing wood strips screwed to the cabinet bottom and one hole just
missed the wood strip.

. It might be a good idea to keep a open mind. When I told my superhandy
friend how I did and was told my way might be wrong, I was not convinced
either. By lookingagain at the shapes of the 4 installation holes on the
hood, I was convinced that they were designed for sliding installation (
though a bad one).
Zephyr does have bad design for AS2100. Another example is the wire box

或者自己搞
如果没有管道,要开顶开瓦什么的,1000就不奇怪了,不过还是偏高的,可能你找的是有
