－预约honorary consulate
－honorary consulate会”面试“你，审查你的材料。然后会给申请表盖章，表示审查
过了。另外还会准备一封给意大利大使馆的信，说honorary consulate审查过材料，证
明申请人不会非法滞留意大利，blah，blah
－我们自己准备信封，自己邮寄给大使馆。这个可能各个地方不一样。
－大约3天后，签证和护照就寄到家里了。 |

签证
由于前几年在德国领事馆申请过申根签证，一个星期就办下来了，所以这次留了两个月
时间，想是足够了。可三月中旬查SF意大利领事馆签证面试最早的日期要到两个月后，
和我的启程日期相差无几。这下傻眼了。只好写email给签证处求助，回信到是挺快，
让我试试找 honorary cosul 办面试。找了一下最近的在San Jose，她一个月办一次公
，于是约在四月中。由于我的材料完全按照领事馆的要求来办，面试十分顺利，五分钟
结束。honorary consul盖章，加上她的cover letter，让我把所有材料一并寄望领事
馆，一周后收到了签证。只可惜今后honorary consul不能再办申根签证，因为需要指
纹验证，只能到领事馆办。看来以后要越早预约面试越好。同期查SF德国领事馆或者是

一样。”
这就好比白人奴隶主从种植园的黑人奴隶里选出几个比较奴才相的当house nigger，伺
候奴隶主饮食起居，同时施加点小恩小惠，说“你跟其他nigger不一样，你是house
nigger，是模范尼哥，the white man is proud of you”。
又好比白人跟你打交道的时候，跟你说“you are different with other Chinese，你
不丑陋，不猥琐，不阴险，不窝囊，鸡巴不小，没有slanted eyes”。你听了不觉得恶
心么？

在具体谈到这个主题之前，或许有必要讨论一下仇恨这个问题。我是能理解人类的仇恨
。这世界有三种力量可以支持一个人承受所不能忍受的折磨。一种是爱的力量，一种是
恨的力量，一种是信仰的力量。
即使象我这种看破红尘之人，在他们24小时折磨之下，我心中也会不时泛起恨意。所以
，我是能理解人类的那份绝望，特别是看到你的亲人被无辜地夺取生命，你的家园被毁
，你的同族被屠杀的时候。
所以，如果一个印第安人，因为自己的种族被白人完全地屠杀而走向复仇之路，我完全
可以理解。那么日本人因为被原子弹摧毁，战败而走向复仇之路，这种感情，我也是可
以理解。可以理解，不等于说我会和这种仇恨的力量和解而纵容它，让它危害人类。
多数人的感情，不管爱也好，恨也好，都是和自己命运相连，而不能把自己的遭遇放在
历史的环境下，做客观的判断，理性的判断。其实我觉得中国发言人，这句话说的比较
好。固然广岛值得纪念，但南京更不应忘怀。在我们回顾历史的时候，我们不能有选择
性记忆。日本民族的问题就是把自己民族的利益过分的强调，而忽视其他民族正当的权

本来是日本国通过外交手段和南非谈判的结果 争取到让在南非生活的日本人享受白人
等同待遇。后来, 南非本地华人也跟着沾了光。
由此联想到的是 华人作为一个群体有个特点。当一个制度不公平的时候 华人 通常不
愿意联合他人进行面对面的斗争来争取权利。反而是在承认现有权威性的大框架下 进
行各种 navigate 试图达到自身利益最大化。
这个特点 有米有？
