差啊.
看了Bayberry Hill和Sovereign & Saxony, 前面那个全都是负面评价, 后面这个据说
management office的人去网上刷好评.
大家知道在Holliston工作的话住哪好吗? LD在Burlington那边上班. 想住两个地方中
间的样子. 不知道大家有没有推荐.
一个月之内就要搬家了, 头疼啊.
然后问一下大家, 这里break lease, 要求交房租到找到下家为止, 一般要多久能租出
一个apt啊?
要是一直租不出去我们就得一直给交着钱? 可以自己帮landlord找sublease之类的吗?

只能接受65万以内的房，跟LD无娃，两三年内打算要。
不要求SFH，townhouse就满足了
跟LD都是不爱折腾的人，希望买了房就好好住下去，尽量不换房（起码不会五年就换）
所以希望学区还是过得去，以后万一要卖也好出手
上班一南一北，一个在lexington，一个在holliston
所以在考虑中间的几个town：newton belmont acton sudbury wayland
很纠结wayland的地税，可能最后还是会放弃
剩下的几个区比较，哪个比较好啊？
weston，wellesley太贵，不打算看了
lexington有一方上班太远，可能也会放弃
大家觉得哪个比较区比较好啊？或者还有别的哪些区可以看的？ |

Caltech校园以前主要在两个地方停：一个是在Holliston和San Pasqual交界处；另一
个在Wilson和San Pasqual交界处 - 看你开会离哪一处近了。
出机场时可以看到各种颜色的标牌。不记得super shuttle是什么颜色了，最好问问人
吧. 如果住旅馆也可以从旅馆打电话叫shuttle service. |
