turned out to be birdie and the ohter two were par. but other holes are
aweful. but anyway, i am so happy with that.
and my woods swing is better now, I try to swing like irons. it is a little
bit wierd but result is ok. need more pratice. |

, the course is not that long, 500yard for par 5 and the longest par 4 is
400 yards, longest par 3 is 195 yards. total 42 for this par 35 9 hole. Now
my iron is pretty straight and still not dare to use woods.

It will give you enough time to play 9 holes.
Call your local course to find out the time & rate.
I normally play Shoreline Mountain View, their supertwilight rate for
residents is $10, which is $1/hole. |

it is a relative short course, 3 par4 and 6 par3
but you get to use almost all your weapons, which is good for practice.
last time i played there, the marshal did me a favor, told me that i can
play two 9 hole with one 9 hole price. so i end up playing the same course
twice
break 70 //kaka (par 60)
the course almost got everyting, water, hazard, bunker, tree, wind...
slightly elevated green. and short par4 always lure you with eagle attempt.

many of them are dog-legs with hazards.
I played couple times in Fremont with Medson. Medson's short game is like
pro that you guys will be amazed and his consistence is fabulous . I learned
a very useful drill of chipping from him

It was a 164 yards Par 3 and I hit it with 5 wood.... I did get an ACE
certificate from the course... Two of my coworkers also had Hole-in-one.
I have been playing golf for almost 2 years now and that's my only eagle. :-
( Did get a couple of tap-in birdes from 200+ yards, those made my happy. :-

To me, for the hardest hole of the course, and I have never played well on
it yet. My expectation is to make Par, or avoid Doubles. not make a birdie.
for example, when I face a hole over 550 yards, I know it requires 3 shots
to green. I may tee with a 3 wood instead of driver, etc.
Golf have a management & strategy portion on top of the execution. that's
where a big portion of fun and value resides.

不了 。 上周打了一场， 以前的美国业余公开赛球场， 前3洞就＋6，第四洞才醒过
来， 后15洞共＋7， 总共＋13 （85杆收场）。
今天早上到本地的一个森林公园的山地球场 ，该球场以前打过5次。 今天幸运地打出
我的第一个 Hole in One。 Par-3 洞， Blue Tee, 小炮台果岭， 果岭后方和左侧全
是大树林立， Tee设置偏前， 地上指示 141 码，斜坡果岭， 旗杆偏前， 偏右。 决
定用9号铁杆， 微微draw， 从果岭的右侧切入。 球出去非常好， 线路和设计完全一
样， 落在果岭靠前右侧果林，落点看来离离旗杆比较近， 往左滚动， 同组的开始吆
喝, 果岭比开球台不是高很多， 从开球台基本上可以确定进去了。 到果岭检查， 的
确是 hole in one。 同组的两个美国老头 （早上球场把他们和我们编再一组， 以前
不认识， 两个都是单差）， 告诉我到 pro shop 登记， 到 titleist ( 我用的是

觉晃动少，pump也很顺。
AR是FFL买的，不出意外的delayed。shot gun是个人的，今天就拿回来了。
另外给1911买个了新的grip。

之后去射了之前买的1911，非常不错。子弹用的是一个蓝盒子的Atlanta Arms&Ammo的
，运行smooth，打得还挺准，也没有卡过。
上次打10/22时候用的CCI，中间卡过两次。这次把整个枪拆开清洁（bolt部分比较脏）
，用的是那个丑陋的Walmart卖的Federal，结果送弹非常顺，没有任何问题。

。必要的物品有：睡袋（0度左右，晚上的黄石挺冷），帐篷，小冰箱，燃气灶，气，
防熊喷雾（黄石是bear country 有备无患），羽绒服，汽车充电器。因为要去大提顿
所以走南门，路线是从salt lake city 走高速 I-80 E，然后转highway US 89 N，路
上是典型的西部风光：草原，荒漠，孤独的小镇，成群的牛羊。一路走走停停，没有太
多的赶路压力。出来看看沿途的风光也会很满足。
下午经过南边的小镇Jackson后开始进入大提顿。黄石和大提顿的票是一起的25刀，如
果要这两个公园的年票就是50，所有国家公园的年票是80。我们走的是大提顿的东线，
准备回程走西线。在盐湖城待久了，雪山湖泊，粗犷柔美都有，所以来到大提顿其实不
是特别的震撼到。途中去了Jackson Dam，之后就正式进入黄石了。然后见到了第一只
动物，muse，一般见到一堆人围观，各种长枪短炮的时候就得停下来，准是有动物。晚

One of my friend who was an excellent skier swears by that resort. At that
time I have never even heard of the place, and Jackson Hole was a lot more "
pure". My first experience there was... overwhelming. I have never seen
so much powder and so much steepness. Nowadays it looks more like Aspen

Prices has already sky rocketed in the past few years.
However I don't think it'll be the same as Aspen thou. Probably even
attract a different set of celebrities. If Aspen is like Brad Pitt, then
Jackson Hole can be more like a Johnny Depp.
And we all know that Johnny Depp is *far* cooler than Brad Pitt. :)

191接20要过Targhee Forest，下雪的时候冬天经常封路，10年雪大的时候最长一周都
封过。铲雪车比较少，现在政府穷，都要等雪停了再铲。287在valley里面，冬天比191
好开，但遇到大风天气也好不到哪去。不过怎么也得汇总到20号路上，20号过Targhee
Forest是经常封的地方。总之一旦你们计划的那周遇到封路，计划就泡汤了。想跨3个
雪场的计划还是要三思。
三月Jackson Hole雪况山下开始变差了，毕竟面阳，雪化得快，到第二天早上又冻住
了。Grand Targhee雪会非常好，它和Jackson Hole刚好相对于Grand Teton对称。

claim.
油是在Jackson Hole的Shell加的，记得是85号油。车启动不了的时侯来帮忙的老美还
提及柴油，当时觉得不可能，因为柴油管应该塞不进去。可是现在听了出租公司的说法
，我也不那么肯定了。
如果有人近期去黄石，经过Jackson Hole, 能否帮忙照几张Shell 加油站的照片，尤其
是柴油和汽油的位置。Google Earth 上看不清。Shell 在城里的主路上，580 W.
Broadway, 不难找。
哎，帮帮忙吧。这辈子最痛恨的事之一就是加油。去黄石是陪国内同学，原以为送走他
们可以松口气，现在又得对付这种烂事。
另外给大家提个醒，加油要看清，另外要保留收据。我现在特后悔当时信用卡加完油后
