为什么要说这句话？为什么要做这种事？
说起奇葩，让我想起了网上结识的这位 JC 先生（为保护当事人隐私，所有人名地名均
为虚构）。他的奇葩之处在于有个很大的硬盘，里面全是他“仇家”以前的
帖子，而这
些帖子的内容，在他看来，都是足以让他的仇家出洋相，或者可以用来羞辱仇家的帖子
。每当他发病时，就会从大硬盘里找出仇家几年前的旧帖子（我估计他有个很好的
indexing system），贴在网上，来满足他打击羞辱仇家的欲望。
这情形已经不是一年两年了，我见过最经典的一次是，他贴出某仇家十几年前的一篇帖
子！而且以我上网多年经验，从未见过任何其他人做这种事情，没有，一个都没有！所
以我常在想，究竟是一种什么心理，使人如此奇葩！？
直到我认识到一种心理疾病：Obssessive Compulsive Hoarding，我才知道他是这种病

I have a family of six and we are completely out of these paper goods!

我们可以分析一下财产。看看穷人到底有什么不满。我看财产按照去向大致分成3块，
消费，投资，和hoarding.
hoarding，买金条塞床下。穷人看不见，也不知道。
投资，钱生钱。穷人也许看的见，也许看不见。但是投资的直接收获也只是看到账号里
数字增长的喜悦，数钱数到手抽筋的幸福。
消费, 这才是财产的最大用处。穷人买dfbb，富人买游艇，穷人租apartment, 富人住
豪宅，穷人小孩上公立大学，富人小孩上藤校。心理反差太大。
我们再看税收。
hoarding, 抽不到税。
投资，抽税相当于把钱从高效的private sector转移的低效的public sector, 扭曲资
源配置，结局是经济衰退。
消费，才是最应该抽税的地方。你要均富，可以dfbb 5% 消费税，游艇100%税。
所以这就是为什么应该征消费税。 |

full bloom hoarder around late 40 or early 50. UCSF and UCSD have a

他3年前被炒鱿鱼在家，一直到去年11月我帮他找到一份工作。 做了7个星期又被炒。
我知道在家他有说谎习惯。在公司肯定也有。估计这个是被炒原因。 我不知道怎样才

你要知道投资股票，你有可能投资到赚钱的股票，也有可能投资到亏钱的股票。 但是
hoard金子，算上通涨和交易损耗，你的baseline永远是负的。 买卖金子的business
总的来说是个negative sum的game。
在hoard金子这个行当里，you are against everybody else. 有一个人买赚了，就
说明有另外的人卖亏了。这当中是有人会赚那么一两票，赌场也有那么几个赚钱的。
hoard金子的要想想你买卖金子的对手是谁。 你买的金子有可能是John Paulson或者马

during hard times is a natural procedure to re-build capitals in order
to redeploy them onto more productive business later on.
Any business unable to stand on self and requiring artificial supply of
credits is a bad business (like the current housing market), and has no
