a hot car.
Trump supporter Steve Eckel, a retired New Jersey police officer, learned of
a 4-month-old baby locked in a car alone in a Kohl's parking lot, according
to the New York Daily News.

一位身懷六甲、再過兩周就要臨盆的製作人。
CNN全球總裁朱克（Jeff Zucker）正大力整頓業務，希望從福斯新聞網手中重新奪回數
年前丟失的24小時有線電視網獨霸地位。
CNN和同屬時代華納集團的姐妹新聞網HLN，去年底裁員主要集中在華盛頓、亞特蘭大和
洛杉磯。該公司以個案為由，不願意對資遣懷孕員工發表評論。
這一波資遣正值CNN重新規劃節目，朱克已雇用新主持人，並在傳統的現場直播新聞外
加入紀錄片和實境節目，以便讓CNN的節目更多元化。
CNN發言人指出，今年員工數將增加約100人，該頻道持續投資新聞業。

有一个目前还没找到尸体的是：小女孩爸爸的女朋友，也是个人渣模样， 把孩子看丢
了， 目前以贩毒的罪名把女朋友， 和孩子的爹都抓了去， 罪犯是谁还不清楚， 但怀
疑对象就是这女朋友还有她弟弟。
ORANGE PARK： 小孩放学回家被拐走， 最后在垃圾箱找到， 孩子已经死了。
好象也是奥兰多,一个母亲把自己两个亲生孩子用枪打死。
小孩之间的BULLY，楞把一个孩子打的脑昏迷。
我天天看HLN， 都是这些报道， FL 的上镜率极高。
不过我现在呆的地方明显感到不如 Gainesville 安全。 |

断断续续，还不听喝水，反复强调一些简单语句， 从内容上说， 仅罗里罗嗦的强调
casey lie，而不强调其杀人证据的充分可靠，不但于事无补， 还完全可能被辩方抓住
证件薄弱的把柄。 而辩方律师信口开河并无所谓， 他反复强调的就是杀人证据不足。
总之，在美国这种以保护罪犯为目的为骄傲的法律体系里， 任何伤天害理的行为，只
要缺乏直接证据， 只要辩方能举出反例，说明控方的证据没有必然关系，就可以逍遥
法外。
是案中被害的小女孩和我儿子同岁，很难理解什么样的人能对孩子下如此毒手。现在既
然陪审团已经判定Casey Anthony无罪，失望与兴奋与否，此案已经尘埃落定，就把自
己了解和看到的写下来，也算是个纪念，纪念什么? 就算是为了那个可爱的小女孩吧。
而不是孩子母亲申报的，时间是2008年的7月15日。小女孩Caylee Anthony当时2岁多，
她的父亲是谁，可能也就她母亲知道。新闻里说小女孩多和外公外婆住在一起，但在

断断续续，还不停的喝水，反复强调一些简单语句， 从内容上说， 仅罗里罗嗦的强调
casey lie，而不强调其杀人证据的充分可靠，不但于事无补， 还完全可能被辩方抓住
证件薄弱的把柄。 而辩方律师信口开河并无所谓， 他反复强调的就是杀人证据不足。
总之，在美国这种以保护罪犯为目的为骄傲的法律体系里， 任何伤天害理的行为，只
要缺乏直接证据， 只要辩方能举出反例，说明控方的证据没有必然关系，就可以逍遥
法外。 |
