搬家取消comcast的网络，结果他们搞错了2回，没有及时取消并继续收我的钱。打了几
次和客服后，终于退回给我2个月的credits, 但是竟然还要charge我7块钱的late fee.
我想问问大家，如果我不管它，到最后comcast会不会因为7块钱找colletion company
催债，会不会到我的credit history里乱写一笔？
我的选择是
（1）付款了事。但天地良心这根本不是我的错
（2）argue again with comcast. 继续打电话骚扰他们
（3）忽视7块钱的账单，让comcast爱谁谁（但是不知道他们会不会为了7块钱ruin 我
的credit history）

office，他们说不会report给credit bureau. 但是他们说如果其他landlord要查我的
rental history的话，这个会appear。他们说这个rental history是内部的。我有点
confused。按照他们这样说的话，这个mark对我今后的租房或者买房或者其他和信用相
关的东西有什么影响吗？
我search了下说有个score是vantage score，跟租房有关的，而且影响credit。我在
credit karma查了下，我之前这个分数有掉过，而且时间段就是我室友晚交的那个月。
不清楚这个是否是因为late payment引起的。
请各位知道的童鞋解答下，谢谢 |

YouTube search Horrible Histories 就能找到。我家娃很喜欢。一集最长也不超过10
分钟。

他的老板非常霸道，交际很广，历来反对学生在外兼职，认为会影响研究。我先生将来
还打算在本专业找工作。很担心将来申请工作的时候，公司/学校会查到他曾在外兼职
，认为他不focus, 更担心公司/学校的人会告诉老板。

我在13年7月的时候回过一次国.今天在网上查travel history(就是那个查i94的网站
https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/consent.html). 发现里面没有那次出境记录. 之后的
出入境记录都是正常的. 请问少了这条记录会影响绿卡的申请吗? 如果影响的话,有什
么办法补救吗?

. They just want to see the public record part. That is, criminal history,
and bankruptcy. Any way, why do they need to know the reason of late payment
or dispute between you and some creditor? It's not their business. Just
relax. |

，我最后一次入境是坐巴哈马游轮在巴尔的摩入境，CBP网上写的是Alaska，我从来没
去过Alaska。但是他的日期是我坐游轮回来的日期。不知道如果我照实填Baltimore会

己的travel history中departure的录入信息有误，
当年进入美国还是纸质i94，今年1月中离开美国回国就在机场把纸质i94交给航空公司
了，2月中回到美国，现在发觉那个网站上我的departure time竟然在我2月中进入美国
后的10天？难道我现在已经被认为不在美国了？
问1：各位的travel history都正确么？我这种情况要去联系改正么？
查了一下CBP官网上faq，
有这么一条：
What do I need to do if my departure information is incorrect or inaccurate?

年前的漏了一次入境, 导致下一次出境也相应漏掉。
当时sjc的cbp officer态度很不好。。说只能改最新的, history 的错误不给改, 是
illegal blabla...还说谁的history没个错误啊。。可是我电话去问的时候另外一个女
的officer明明叫我带上材料去改的。
好在律师说没关系, most recent是对的就可以了 |

也是正常，因为你的credit history太短，信用分高不太有参考价值，信用卡记录估计
也短。utility bill不算在内的，银行贷款都不看那些。银行现在给你高利率，一看你
的收入和月供的比例，二是看你是不是稳定客户，就是你的工作和收入是否稳定，有无
绿卡等等。等过几年，你的credit history久一些了，再找其他银行refinacial拿低利
率。另外，credit union易批贷。每个城市都有credit union，如果没有就去五角大楼
信用社（google一下网址或者mitbbs找一找旧帖子），网上申请。跟申请信用卡一样的

如果是credit history的话，真的是不同lender不同program有不同的要求，有些可以
算alternative tradeline，有些不行。 如果是jumbo loan，要求也许更严格一点。
当然你可以提前申请exception。

我在BC，问了保险公司这里，说要拿到美国的claim history，5% discount per year
，一共可以8年，也就是最多40% discount。没有discount的话，大约要$2000/year的
保险，好贵。如果真拿到40%discount，还好些。
我在美国8年的话 前前后后保险公司都用了好几个的，是否要一个个的去问啊？有什么
方便的方法吗？
