几个问题请教一下各位：
1， 这个Current Title Information里面Title Type是original，number of owner是
1，这就是所谓的clear title吗？
2，Liens两栏都是空白，就是说该车目前不存在任何lien的吗？查VIN会看到loan/lien记录，不过看不懂是否clear。。。

今天网上一个兄弟帮我查了VIN，很干净，同年份同款车平均得分23-48分，这辆车居然
是70分。有意思的是，居然没有police use history，但也没有owner说明不是个人用
车。有点搞不懂了？

有些担心registration history为何变化如此频繁（半年两次注册）。Dealer解释说他
是在chrysler dealer内部买入，可能是内部人员频繁换车。不相信他们说的。请问明
白的人大概会是什么情况。会不会是车有问题，lease出去又被频繁退回？

的方法，亲测有效。一般好像还是CarFax更加详细，不过这个report也可以作为先查查
看的参考。

着能否贷款试试。offer里说没有对提前还款的处罚，请问高人，我能不能只付一个月
