其实也不能说是 auto hide task bar,
准确来说应是 auto hide panel bar.
我被老板要求写这样一个功能：
请参见这个demo:

以它的"Image Tools" panel 为例，它是可以被 hide 的，
就是说点它的图钉图标，它就会缩到右边的一个 toolbar上去
（这个toolbar空的时候是隐藏的）
如果mouse move到toolbar的图标上，该被隐藏的panel又会弹出来，
如果再次点图钉图标，该panel会被重新固定回来不再隐藏。
就这样一个功能如何实现？
vlsolutions倒是有全部的源代码，但是它的功能和源代码实在太庞大了，
大部分功能是为了实现docking的，
auto-hide bar 的功能和docking功能都在source |
