竞购米高梅电影公司。这样一来只剩下时代华纳公司和布拉瓦尼克(Len Blavatnik)旗下
的Access Industries公司竞争米高梅的控制权。
在此前米高梅表示对狮门影业13亿-14亿美元的报价表示不满后，狮门公司正式宣布
退出收购交易。两家公司对此尚未作出评论。
有鉴于其制定的公司政策及第二大股东投资家卡尔-伊坎(Carl Icahn)的反对，狮门
影业的退出对人们来说并不是一个很大意外。伊坎一再质疑狮门收购米高梅的可行性，
称狮门并没有足够的资金来支持这一做法。在本周早些时候，分析师马修-哈里根(Matt
hew Harrigan)称伊坎的强烈反对对狮门来说是一个巨大的阻力。
狮门影业的退出增加了140名米高梅债权人决定取消出售的可能，因为剩下的两个出

中央电视台的“广而告之”是中国政府的一个窗口，透过这个窗口我
们可以知道政府希望人民群众如何如何。最近的广而告之全是“伸出你的
手，再就业才会有掌声”、“路真的就在脚下”，现在社会的最大问题可
见一斑。
我们这次赣南之行，目的十分明确，那就是：在赣州这样一个典型的
内陆城市，到底有多少人下岗，他们下岗后的生活状况如何，以及当地政
府的如何对待下岗问题。
我们来到赣州，发现情况远比我们想象的要糟糕。赣州市塑料制品厂，
有200余职工，现在正常上岗的不足40人，养老保险自己交，每月110元的
下岗工资发到5月就没了，下岗职工无下岗证。赣州有色冶金机械厂，有
1300职工，仅300人左右正常上岗，下岗工人无任何生活费，有1300余退休
职工，退休金一直未发。 |

相比较工厂，国家机关就有如天上。我一个初中同学，去年从长春毕
业，分配到赣州市国税局，我打电话找她时，被告知已去黄山旅游。地区
工商局五层楼，有19个房间，其中光局长室就有6个！
本来在经济如此不景气，下岗工人生活如此痛苦的时候，当地政府应
当励精图治，安顿下岗职工再就业，但是我们没有看到这一点。
赣州市原本处处可见人力车，俗称“拐的”，这两年不见了，我起初
没注意，这次才知道原来两年前市政府下令取消拐的，原因是影响市容。
后来取而代之的是面的。不知道取消拐的和引进面的后面有什么内幕，我
只知道拐的司机差不多都是下岗职工，而他们中的绝大多数买不起面的。
当时有很多拐的司机在市政府前示威，结果抓了不少人。
赣州地区在今年二月份发了一个有关下岗职工 |

是我们班同学自发组织去的，得到学院和研究所的资助，但没有得到
学校的资助，因为我们没有老师带队！
当时决定去的原因我会在我的随想系列中陆续写来。
我们原本只是想看看社会现状，但那里的人民太淳朴了，他们甚至把
我们当成了救世主，希望我们能反映一下他们的生活状况。
当我们回来给同学讲的时候，他们都觉得该做点什么了。
我们五个同学决定把资料整理一下向中央电视台去E-mail，并会在适
当时候做一些有意义的工作。 |

关于灵修的书籍和法门，市面上林林总总有很多种，大多深奥繁复，如果能够潜心研修
进去，每一种都会给人启迪，并带来精神上的变化。但是依照书本具体修炼时，往往会
产生很多困惑，苦于无名师指点，尤其在生活中遇到具体问题的时候，书中的教诲就抛
到了九霄云外，依旧是烦恼无边，依旧是痛苦不已。
最近看了夏威夷疗法 Ho'oponopono 的有关资料，深感这个修行法门及其简单易行，而
