Paolo Tiralongo of Italy won the seventh stage, while Hesjedal replaced Adriano Malori as the overall leader.
Tiralongo tussled with defending champion Michele Scarponi in the final 600 metres of the steep climb to the line before finishing the 202-kilometre leg from Recanati to Rocca di Cambio in a time of five hours 51 minutes three seconds with a final sprint.

以待的「狩猎圣地」。
温哥华户外歷险展已踏入第十七届，是大家搜罗户外运动用品的集中地。自2011年起，
展览会扩充规摸，与新创办的温哥华单车展一同举行。
温哥华单车展的负责人Fred Cox说︰「温哥华人对单车活动十分钟爱，加上政府经常提
倡绿色城市，把道路设计更便利于单车人士，基于一眾单车群体数目愈来愈多，所以我
们认為是时候举办一个专為单车热爱者而设的展览。」
两大展览二合一
凭一票入场，便可同时参观两个展览。场内设有多个摊位介绍產品，各游人可根据喜好
自由「猎食」。
但要数到最吸引大家目光的节目，就必定是现场的越野单车花式表演，大会邀请了北美
顶尖单车好手Steve Dickin 和 Jeff Anderson到场献技，观眾可近距离欣赏惊险刺激

Alex Bhogal is one of those natural cyclists. He joined UT MTB team without
any previous racing experience
and soon moved up from B division to A division and won a lot of the races
in University Cup series. I believe
he's now racing in Europe a lot as a pro or semi-pro racer.
He finished 9th yesterday after Michael Barry (7th) and Ryder Hesjedal (3rd)

体重差 15 公斤，力量差 60 瓦特不成問題。保守估算這兩人的速度是 30 和 31 mph,
31 公里下來差距是 1:15. FOCUS 的 TT 車沒甚麼特殊的，ryder 的 P5 必能完勝。
我唱衰 Joaquim 純粹是因為我這幾年看西班牙人看煩了。換人做做看好不好？ |

不過說真的還在觀望拉.
1.shimano 11速要出來了
2.tpr都出了油壓電子變速的手把了.都要上都di2.還是希望煞車那邊有變速按鈕.(然後
在改aero bar上有煞車)
3.p5 晚了這幾個月.因該是有問題吧.還在等著看是啥問題.
不過p5 for sure haha
體力差過人.至少裝備要看起來很pro |

questioning myself whether he is clean. The difference between Millar and
Vino on dopping is similar to the attitude taken by German and Japan on WWII
. Hi Vino, doping will never be the past which you can put away.
Should doper ever be allowed to be back to pro cycling? If not, will it make
pro cycling a field which is cleaner?

Two years ago, he came back to Toronto from Europe, raced Toronto's Queen's
Park Grand Prix and placed 9th just behind this year's Giro winner Ryder
