google 他们的bio。很少看到医生专门做hernia repair。 倒是看到很多医生是研究
肿瘤、weight loss、血管手术, acute care, elective general surgery。这样我就
不好找这些医生是吧. 如此删除下来，research 做了两天竟然没有可以选的医生了，
真是选择困难啊。 先前请OB的护士推荐，竟然推荐了一个不是board certified 的医
生，当然没有选。
所以，请知道的同学 推荐做umbilical hernia 手术经验丰富的外科医生，讲不讲中文
没有关系。 多谢多谢。 |

学校医院检查医生说是hernia, 疝气, 最好动手术去除，我今年23岁，自费读master,
买的是STUDY-USA的39块钱的那种最便宜的保险，估计没法cover手术的费用，请教一下
：
1。这种情况手术是不是尽快作比较好？ 医生说我很可能是小时候就有了，但是一直
没有发现，所以也不是很确定要不要立即作，比如等一个半月放寒假，因为这个手术虽
然当天即可出院，但是修养需要2-4周，X'mas会好一些。
2。假如可以拖一段时间，我明年暑假回国做是不是可以？
3。这个手术的费用请问有没有哪位知道的？还有可不可以现在买别的医疗保险去
cover? |

(腹股沟疝),好像是右边的scrotum（阴囊）比左边的要大一些，建议我们给宝宝做个
小手术，大概30分钟左右，具体什么时候做，下周pediatric surgeon会跟我们联系。
我们的担心是，宝宝这么小，就做手术，会不会有风险？ 如果不做，会有什么后果？

发帖数: 55 | 5 我家宝宝是2个月时候做的，也是全麻，因为这么小的孩子都是建议全麻。我的医生建
议越早越好，一来孩子小恢复得快，二来怕万一有紧急情况（发展成肠梗阻等），会危
及生命，到时候临时去 ER未必有儿科手术医生值班，还不如 well planed.
这个是几乎最常见的儿科手术，over50%，小宝宝几乎第二天就像没事一样，倒是做妈
妈的一定是会担心的，尤其是这么小的孩子。我也是这么过来的，现在想想觉得没必要
，但是手术前和等待时真是度日如年。我建议你现在先见儿科手术医生，不是ped., 听
听他的专业意见，如果建议作就作。平时注意不要让他哭太厉害，免得增大腹压，加重
疝气。

时候医生说没有什么关系，但是她当时说了hernia这个单词，我没有听懂，回来一看才

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人

查，追查他们吧。

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，

来的
问题关键是这个猫为什么呕吐过度
那是其他问题引起的，跟hiatal hernia无关

i thought 疝气 is hernia, like inguinal/femoral hernia, you do not need to
get an ultrasound for the diagnosis, you need to see a good surgeon and get
a good physical exam, or you can do it yourself or ask your friend to do it,
assume you are male,
have the finger push on the scrotum sac, push up against the skin toward the
external ring, then you cough or strain, to increase the intra-abdominal
pressure, if it is true hernia, then the finger should be able to feel it, |

本来准备去Urgent Care的，没想到儿医的诊所居然周六9点到中午12点开门。不是同一
个儿医看的，也正好听一下不同的意见。
正如有经验的妈妈们所言，这就是umbilical hernia-脐疝。按一下肚脐眼，软软的可
以按下去，就问题不大。如果不可以按下去，硬硬的，
会比较危险。脐疝主要是腹部肌肉没有发育好，一般不会造成小孩子不舒服。主要是美
观原因。 孩子1，2岁应该自然就长好了。现在干预的意义不大。专门问过医生了，做
飞机没有问题。
医生说国内的医生可能会给一些胶带法，帮忙纠正，他们不推荐也不反对。
非常真诚的谢谢大家。每次有点什么事， 总是能及时地在这里得到一些科普。在没有
见到医生前，心里像吃了颗定心丸。 所以特别更新一下，以便利后来人。

是这样的。我怀疑自己有Hernia，在学校的health center看医生，医生确诊是Hernia
，但说要送我去进一步看Specialist （让我看general surgery），看看有没有必要做
手术。
学校的health center就给了我一个医生的列表，有general surgery医生，还有些别的
surgery医生。但是general surgery医生都是一个电话号码，需要打去预约。
我想知道是不是我去看的医生就是手术的医生？怎么样知道哪个医生比较好，哪个医院
比较好呢？是让health center的医生推荐，还是可以到时候咨询那个Specialist？因
为我以为如果那个Specialist他自己就可以动手术的话就不好再让咨询他哪个医院及医
生好的问题了吧？
因为从没在美国看过病，特别是这种涉及到可能动手术的，比较惶恐，谢谢！ |

，不过在PICU住了一段时间没事了。不是说所有的inguinal hernia都会出现问题，但
要有问题，还是比较麻烦的。个人建议尽快开。pediatric surgeons开inguianl
hernia是再有经验不过了，他们平均每天开2，3个。 |

样的风险，看了那些可能的风险，我更是担心。可是我更希望能治愈孩子的病。希望有
相关经历的父母和从事医生职业的兄弟姐妹们给些建议
我特别想知道，1）是不是真的不能自愈？孩子两岁，男孩。如果推迟手术1年，也就是
说观察一年有没有意义？
2）如果手术，我们是选择OPEN SURGERY 还是微创手术？
3）现在的麻醉技术（GENERAL 和腰麻）对孩子成长特别是脑子的发育是否会有什么影
响？

showed GS. For the PMH, he had HTN, COPD, CHF, Hypothyroidism, He is on

see air-fluid levels or rupture of instestines if there is free air, but
will not tell if there is any incisional hernia,
i don't have ovaries myself but i imagine ovarian cyst is on the
differentials for abdominal pain, which is very broad, i'd say if your pain
is excruciating and lasting more than 1 hour and started having fevers and
nausea and throwing up, you'd need urgent attention, otherwise you probably
