鼠标位置越高对手腕损伤越大
不要连续在电脑前工作过长的时间，在连续使用鼠标一个小时之后就需要做一做放
松手部的活动。现实生活中发现，鼠标的位置越高，对手腕的损伤越大；鼠标的距离距
身体越远，对肩的损伤越大。因此，鼠标应该放在一个稍低位置，这个位置相当于坐姿
情况下，上臂与地面垂直时肘部的高度。键盘的位置也应该和这个差不多。很多电脑桌
都没有鼠标的专用位置，这样把鼠标放在桌面上长期工作，对人的损害不言而喻。
鼠标和身体的距离也会因为鼠标放在桌上而拉大，这方面的受力长期由肩肘负担，
这也是导致颈肩腕综合征的原因之一。上臂和前身夹角保持45度以下的时候，身体和鼠
标的距离比较合适，如太远了，前臂将带着上臂和肩一同前倾，会造成关节、肌肉的持
续紧张。
升高转椅也可防“鼠标手”。如果调节鼠标位置很困难，可以把键盘和鼠标都放到
桌面上，然后把转椅升高。桌面相对降低，也就缩短了身体和桌面之间的距离。
用科学的方法放置鼠标，会大大降低“鼠标手”的发病几率，让每一名常坐在电脑

仿制出来了。至于没有形成产业，我想和他们经营意识不足有关。
我在henan板曾经贴过题为《宋代名瓷》的文章，有兴趣可以去看看。
其实中国在国际上的形象就是经营的不好。
满分为10的话，日本可能有一堆8-9的东西，中国则从3到10可能都有。
但是展现给外人的就只有6以下的东西。精致点的东西都被那些懂的人藏着呢。
不过这些人又不会创造，只会保留，最后只会落得江湖上功夫失传的结局。
和服，是日本人在唐朝引进后千多年来不断改进的产物。
至于中国，汉族服装自唐以下有宋装、明装。宋装在开封的清明上河园里也可以
看得到。至于能否普及，恐怕并非热情所能解决的。反正以后我回到开封，
估计会买几套吧。希望未来婚礼能用宋代礼仪，毕竟是汉文化最高峰的产物。
汉族装之不传，应该归咎于满清入关，长袍马褂、旗袍是满族服装。
前两年的所谓唐装，其实在开封叫“地主袄”，根本不入流。
日本剑虽然起源于马刀，但工艺已经超过了中土，而且使用了北海道的钢。
至于茶道，今天北方虽然没有这套讲究，但是广东、闽南、客家、潮汕都有自己
的茶道艺术，并非少有。

近日，美国一科研机构发布了其对24名中国湖南省儿童进行转基因大米人体试验的结果
。对此，绿色和平表示强烈谴责。
据绿色和平介绍，该项研究旨在检验美国先正达公司研制的转基因“黄金(1658.90
,1.80,0.11%)大米”对补充人体维生素A的作用。
绿色和平表示，早在2008年，农业部和浙江省农业厅在得知该研究计划后即叫停该
项目。但一篇2012年8月1日发布于《美国临床营养学杂志》的论文显示，这项由美国塔
夫茨大学的唐广文领导并获得美国卫生院和美国农业部资金支持的研究最终得以完成。
绿色和平认为，用中国儿童作为转基因大米的实验对象是极其不负责任的行为，呼
