每次美国爆发枪击案，关于美国宪法中“持枪权”的话题就会热起来。有一种说法广为
流传：美国宪法规定了人民拥有“持枪权”;更有甚者，还说这个“持枪权”是为了保
证宪法赋予人民“推翻暴政的权利”。但事实上，“持枪权”只是对美国联邦宪法第二
修正案的曲解。而所谓“推翻暴政的权利”则完全是讹传。

同的和不以为然的内容。
William Deresiewicz 在 new republic登的文章涵括内容挺广的，总而言之，现在
的精英大学太功利，培养出来的人才也功利，然后也加深了社会不公，穷孩子很难进得
去。等等等等。其结尾句是：we have tried aristocracy. we have tried
meritocracy. Now it's time to try democracy.
NATHAN HELLER 则晒笑Deresiewicz 虽是一味批评现在的常青藤，可也找不出更好的主
意来代替，最后免不了像九斤老太似地惦着旧时学校风气自由。不过heller 也有保留
地赞同deresiewicz 的一些观点，比如现在有些学生不太愿意冒险，以及其思索怎样打
破富家子弟在常青藤学校比例过大的情况。他的结尾句是：they (students) heard it
（whatever is taught). Life will take care of the rest. |

共产党革命的终结目标并不只是建立新社会，而且也要塑造“新人”：一个在斗争
中锤炼出来的、通过思想改造所升华的、以“无私”为最根本特征的集体人格，并通过
塑造“新人”去创造历史。笔者的这项研究从世界历史的角度出发，以30年代的苏联和
60、70年代的中国和古巴为对象，企图揭示这项以彻底改造人性为目的的社会工程的一

共产党塑造人性的哲学基础是人的可塑性和可完美性。这种对人性的认识直接来自
