妥協部分條件.
如果只為了oil heat一個原因放棄, 這個.....看你願不願意再等....
可以考古看看, Boston版有人convert to gas heating, 也有人街上沒通gas, 所以安
裝mini split(冷暖皆可用, 不是很冷時用), 也都是折衷辦法.

一定程度(貌似 32F°？)，Backup Heat 就会启动，室外机停止工作。如果室内机在
工作，也有暧暖风出来，可能就是这种情况。如果室内机也不工作，没暖风，那就有别
的问题了。冷天试致冷千万小心，容易把 Heat Pump 搞坏。 |

heat pump 的defrost board上有test pins，jump后还是没能进defrost模式，是不是
意味着defrost坏了？
可是维修工告诉我defrost应该是工作的。如果defrost完全不工作，按现在的气温，
heat pump上应该都是冰。
维修过程：
年初时heat pump外有冰，因为要开春了，就拖着没修，把冰砸开完事。
认定是defrost不工作了，做功课看了好些youtube视频。
一直拖到现在，最近温度0摄氏度以下了，才自己动手修。
发现
1）defrost board上test pins不能进入defrost mode；
2）defrost thermostat是好的；是L50 - 15 F,放冰箱后断路变通路;
3）氟利昂气压没法自己量；
4）制冷制热均无问题；
换了一块defrost board后还是一样情况。
无奈只好找了专业人士，结果说是氟利昂太少，估计是因为细微的泄漏。充上氟利昂就
好了。然后我就问为啥test不能进defrost mode，被告知这个也正常。充上氟利昂就好

有点凉飕飕的是heat pump。
你要注意你的电费率是多少，这两年煤气很便宜，你的电费率如果超过$0.20/度，heat
pump运行起来可能不比气便宜。

pump在阳台，天气太冷，水管里面的水冻着，所以水流不下去，只能累积在下面的托
盘然后溢出到地面，漏水到楼下。
似乎没有好的解决办法，他的建议就是把制热切换到furnance,制冷用heat pump (因为
夏天不会冻水管，不会出现漏水问题。。。）但是这样用furnance制热冬天的电费是不
是要上去很多？
还有别的好办法吗？ |

发帖数: 2727 | 8 我家gas burner, baseboard water heating。今早二楼起床发现很冷，看温控只有55F
,确认远低于设置值，一楼温度同样。看gas burner,pilot火灭了，可能是昨晚大风吹
灭的。更糟糕的是burner不知道Pilot灭了，导致chimney damper全开，结果外面冷气
倒灌。先手动点pilot,重开burner。这之后，heating 有3个zone：楼上和热水正常，
但是楼下的水始终是冷的，虽然和其它两个共享出去的manifold。拆circulator控制，
发现circulator收到了120vac开的指令，但是没有办法看readback，听声音是在转。初
步确定是加热循环的水管冻住了或者是circulator坏了-以前55F也有开过没有问题，但
昨晚天气冷难说。还好有gas fireplace,打开有鼓风，吹了三个小时左右，温度升到
57f。正在琢磨找heating/plumbing来看看circulator,突然听见水响，开始流了。应该
是冰化了，还好没有漏水。一直到现在没有问题。关键是今晚也会很冷，要是问题没有

你的房子需要10-12万btu（heating btu) hydronic air handler 或hydronic heating
coil.可以用17万btu 的tankless water heater, 20万btu 的较给力。12万btu 都是5
吨的blower,你的房子需要4吨的blower就够了。还得请当地师傅去做heat load 计算。 |

heat pump 会结冰, 要在 ac 模式下运行从室内吸热来化冻。但一般同时aux heater会
打开。你需要一个室外温度计lock out heat pump.
先暂时打到emergency档只用aux 吧

我设置72或者68，它最多到63就停了，原来没发现，最近天冷了才发现。好像到一个温
度他也会打，或者我试过断电再开也有启动，但是我如果单纯调节温度他是不会打的。
。。。还有就是加湿器，家里太干，就在heating上装了一个whole house的，但是我理
解的是应该取暖器运作了加湿器就运作？还是它自我感应，湿度低了就运作？因为感觉
我家加湿器的水是一直在流的。。。。。
heating 是HERL的 model是EDD2X36JA1 serial是X063152362 加湿器是aprilaire 600m的

has 4 terminal for wire, but he uses 4 wires to connect the 24v thermostat
C=not connected
G=connects to green
Y=connects to black (this could be the furnace)
W=white
R=red
I did more experiments:
1. turn thermostat from off to heat: blower start immediately, but no heat
2. turn thermostat from heat to off: blower stops after a few seconds delay,
but during the few seconds, I swear it is warm air.

现在的heat pump and furnace在走廊的closet里面。实际占的地皮是厨房的，想把那
块空间腾出来给厨房。AC/Heating contractor来看了之后，认为想腾出空间只能装到attic上
去。
现在的furnace是York 90 diamond系列，91%的efficiency. 7年半新，还能工作。
但是有以下问题，
1.上面说的占了厨房的面积。
2.是向地下输热气通过crawl space的duct从各房间的地面送热的那种型号，而crawl space
里的duct很多地方都已经破了，需要换。
3.现在房间和客厅里的地面送热口不标准，是4寸而不是6寸，刚买了房子没过过冬不知
道这个送热水平在冬天够不够用。
4.地面送热口似乎会成为藏污纳垢的地方，灰尘和小样物品容易掉下去。

些文章说heat pump需要室外温度在40华氏度以上。现在是不是可以到更低的温度？

panel 还是工作的， 这说明问题出在heat pump 上。 反正左右无事， 我来秀秀看。
首先读手册， 花了30多分钟在手册上， 觉得可能是breaker的问题， 先打开heap
pump，查看breaker， 一看果然少烧个屁的了。图1
换上以后， heat pump 转了， 但是等了五分钟， 输入的铜管还是木有热， 我出来一
看， compressor 没有转。
接着读compressor 的手册， 读了20多分钟， 也没读出来啥， 中间接了客户一个电话
， 三个小时就过去了。
然后打开compressor， 左看右看， 发现contactor 烧了个屁的了。 学过继电器的同
学们都知道啥是contactor ， 我就不多说了， 简单地说， 他连接24v电和240v电，
没有他compressor 没法接通。 看图2
