《Don't Break My Heart》收录于黑豹91年发行的首张专辑《黑豹》中，窦唯作词作曲
并主唱，算是窦唯在黑豹时期的成名作与代表作了。99年3月王菲在日本东京武道馆的
个唱会上唱了此曲，打鼓的是窦唯：

Palpitations maybe?) for a second. it may
come again after half hour or one hour, but just last for a second.
When I test my heart beat it is ok. except that one second I can not tell.
basically 40+ with a lot bad habits like smoking, coffee, drinking. It made

有heart,勤奋，这个是进NBA最基本的条件。
我认识的一黑人小伙，为了进高中校队，天天早上6点在操场上跑圈锻炼，直到上课开
始。能进高中校队的，大部分是进不了NCAA的，进了NCAA的，大部分是进不了NBA的。
能从千军万马中杀出来，进到NBA的，都是有天赋，而且足够勤奋，有足够heart的。
LIN的特点就是能打破sterotype。他如果是个黑人，他的成功不会象现在这么受人关注

I would say if initially you cannot keep your heart rate below (180 - age + 10)

faster than MAF pace to slower than MAF pace, my heart rate drops

和以前用的MontBlanc墨水相比，泅水最厉害的是Mont Blanc，其次Heart of Darkness
，完全不泅水的是Permanent Black。上次有id说Heart of Darkness比较稠，其实不是
这样，该墨水应该比鲶鱼黑要水性一些，因此略略有点泅水。鲶鱼黑用在我的派克25
Fine Nib上面，吸水有点困难，写得快的时候墨水会跟不上。感觉鲶鱼黑为了做到完全
不泅水，里面胶水或者快干剂是最多的。用在Medium Nib的钢笔上比较合适。
顺便说一句，这三个墨水里面最黑的是Heart of Darkness，感觉泅水性能刚好，色彩
够黑，平衡性很好，perfect。Mont Blanc的墨水出水最快（现在大家知道Mont Blanc

其实到现在也都不怎么接受神鬼之说, 可能是从小就受唯物教育吧, 这根筋儿很难扭过来
但的确觉得圣经中倡导的一些做人的道理很make sense
有一次听一个牧师祷告, 大意是说: 我们祷告不是为了名利金钱, 是为了一颗peaceful
heart, 当时觉得很感动, 我猜想可能有人会质疑说没准儿那个牧师从教堂得到多少多少
好处之类, 但是我觉得这不妨碍这句话中蕴涵的道理的正确性

在amazon上看了一圈，看了好些评价，有的人说heart rate monitor不能直接在手腕上
测，那可是上100刀的monitor，不在手腕测，还放哪儿？不会象我的电子表那样，号称
heart rate monitor，结果一看说明是让你自己感受脉搏，它给测半分还是多少的报时
，然后自己算。我晕！
有用过heart rate monitor的说说看？谢谢了！

rise during a run due primarily to the body's heating and dehydration.
Heating and dehydration problem may be more severe in outdoor running
compared to running on treadmill.
The post also mentioned that pace needed to slow down to maintain the heart
rate under MAF.

并主唱，算是窦唯在黑豹时期的成名作与代表作了。99年3月王菲在日本东京武道馆的
个唱会上唱了此曲，打鼓的是窦唯：

除了窦唯打鼓，还有窦唯的堂妹窦颖唱和声，窦颖的丈夫张亚东弹吉他。张亚东是被窦
唯推荐给王菲团队的，之前离过一次婚是吧。后来给王菲做mv时偶遇高圆圆，第二年和
窦颖离婚。再过几年和瞿颖做MV，第二年又和高圆圆分手。而窦唯在王菲日本演唱会后
的两天就爆出爱人高原的新闻。当月王菲办离婚，八月办完。
99年的日本演唱会是窦唯王菲的最后一次合作，看台上的表演倒看不出貌合神离。据说
演出结束后窦唯气得直摔鼓棒，说王菲全唱错了，拍子都没踩在鼓点上。你们听得如何
？我没听出拍子错，只觉得唱得没感情，很冷淡，流水价地过完一首流行歌而已。从客
观因素来说，王菲演唱会版比黑豹原版的节奏更快，可能受时间限制。这使王菲无法把
很多乐句的尾音唱足，感情无法释放也不连贯。主观因素是王菲的声线一向冷质，间以
