If you don't trust your OB, you can ask for another Ultrasound. But I
suggest you checking the HCG in your blood first. This is a cheaper option.
Is the HCG in normal range?
My belly didn't show at all in my 11 weeks.

现内裤上有2滴血的痕迹,在网上查阅了一些资料后，发现准确地说法是brown
discharge,马上打电话给OB（前面已经预约了OB在3周后第一次检查），OB让做一个
blood test,我老婆周一到一个lab做了,昨天我打电话到OB,还是receptionist或者是护
士，护士说验血没有问题，不需要做第二次了，不过还是要做一个ultrosound.
我的问题是现在可以做ultrosound吗？有没有什么危害？在目前这个时刻和情形下是否
有必要？还有ultrosound是检查什么呢？不是还没有heartbeat? 对了，老婆现在是第7
周开始。
今天预约ultrasound和一个医生又聊了一下，她认为ultrasound不会有副作用，我和老
婆还是有一些疑虑，请问我老婆是否应该做这个检查？不知道大家都是在第几周作的第
一次ultrasound?

Based on what my OB said, progesterone levels are different by person, and
as long as there is a heartbeat, you don't have to worry too much.
I think all your need to do is to relax, and get ready for the morning
sickness (hope you won't have any!) |

yesterday had my 1st ultra sound.
see the baby, like a peanut. 1.38cm, heartbeat is 162. Doctor told me
everything looks good.
From the image the baby in a dark area. doctor said that is some fluid.
there's a white circle near the baby. doctor told me that's the nutrition
baby needs. forgot the name, sounds like 'yolk sack'.
By the way I don't have morning sick.
I try to exercise walking 3miles in speed 3.5m/hr and swim 30 laps.
every other day. Is this a good level of exercise? |

Saw the heart beat but it was too weak to record. But the doc told me it is
perfectly normal if you cannot see heartbeat this early. She had even warned
me that I might not be able to see it but it doesn't mean anything. Repeat
it in a week. Don't lose hope! |

的OB好像还是不放心，REFER 我去了PERINATOLOGIST，10周的时候去了哪里看专家，肯
定了有MEMBRANE，是MO-DI TWINS. 然后有做12周,18周的超声波，到了中期就是每2周
一次检查羊水，CERVIX LENGTH和BB DEVELOPMENT来MONITOR TTTS. 一直到32周P |

6月6号末次月经，上周6有少量的brown discharge，当时非常着急，差点就要去ER了。
最后忍住没去，就熬了两天，到今天第一次见OB。
我在等OB过来检查的时候都把最坏的结果都想好了。最后阴超的时候看到了heartbeat,
好开心,心跳估计160左右，大小7周2天。真希望之后不会再有什么问题。

预产期过了一周， 去医院催产。当晚上了软化宫颈的药， 准备第二天才发动的， 结
果晚上十二点过就511了。按铃叫护士，说接着睡吧，labor要211。躺下去半个多小时
就211了， 再叫护士。等护士确认开三指后， 去叫来麻醉师， 我已经开七指了，痛得
直哼哼。也不知我脊柱怎么长的，麻醉师轧了三四次才成功，我心里一直在叫：快点啊
，please...
然后我就感觉舒服了，大家都以为孩子很快就会生了。突然一群护士拥进房，给我上氧
气，叫我改变姿势，医生也来了。原来是宝宝的 Heartbeat drop 了，我自己没有意识
到事情有那么严重。还好宝宝的心跳很快恢复了，大家松口气。过了一会儿，宝宝的心
跳又drop 了，医生护士们再次拥进来，一番操作后没有效果，果断地拔下各种插头，
立刻把我推到手术室去，准备紧急剖腹产。到了手术室， 宝宝的心跳又恢复了， 在观
察了十五分钟后，我又被推回了原来的房间。我一直很镇定, 心里坚信，我的宝宝一定
会顺产的。
到了快中午时，这一幕再次重演。虽然宝宝的心跳还是又恢复了， 但OB建议我剖腹产

发帖数: 488 | 46 很巧阿，我也是今天第一次作的，但是腹超效果不好，看不清楚什么，所以b超师随即
给我做了阴超，非常清晰，也看见了心跳，胎儿很正常，但是就是在横断切面上，发现
一块积液在子宫壁上，所以要求我又预约了下周再一次b超确诊是出血还是积液；搞得
我很紧张，但是她也说许多孕妇早期都有积液会自己吸收或者排出。说实话心理还是很
紧张的，因为我家宝宝已经8周了，很奇怪为什么腹超竟然看不清楚，不过只要胎儿健
康就好。我也时不时有下腹轻度酸痛，我的np说那时子宫生长的现象；另外，我的早孕
症状是从七周开始的，属于中度情况吧，到目前只是不想吃东西，吐过唯一一次，大多
恶心，还能正常工作。

生下女儿，想要第二个的时候也是连续 两次bad luck. 两次都没心跳, 做了D&C。I am
still recovering from last miscarriage. Hopefully next time I'll be fine.
LZ mm can still wait. But if after another week there is still no heartbeat,
I would say the hope is very small. |
