市场化不是灵丹妙药，美国应该学习日本的医疗体制。美国医疗费用过高，最大的原因
是医生收费太高，当然其他因素还有很多。医疗体制应该社会主义成分为主，私营保险
作为补充，占很小一部分。
按人头算，美国政府已经支付了比其他发达国家（挪威除外）更多的医疗费用，但是那
些国家都有全民医疗保险。美国的医疗制度是美国的shame
和极端社会主义一样，极端资本主义一样会产生邪恶

Obamacare 和 pre-obamacare era 一样，医疗保险是私营赢利保险公司提供的，有没
有OBAMACARE都一样，美国医疗开支的增加无法控制，严重影响了美国的竞争力。美国
花费了远远高于其它发达国家的人均医疗开支，收获的是最差的医疗coverage,最差的
预期寿命，最多的医疗开支导致的个人破产，美国公司因为提供医疗保险福利而竞争力
降低。美国医疗开支25%是医疗保险公司带来的，加拿大公费医疗管理费用只占总医疗
开支的1%，医院诊所依然是私营的。公费医疗可以取代medicare, Medicaid, VA
Healthcare,事实上极大地削减了政府规模。美国现在的医疗总开支足以支付single
