the employer for successfully finding a candidate who accepts the fulltime
offer.
Your best bet is looking on your own, including leveraging your school's
career office, your department, and your alumni network.

companies.
2) That said, they do prefer big companies because small companies tend to
be more picky (since headhunter fees can be very high).
3) What's really happening is small companies (like most HFs) will avoid using HHs because HHs are expensive --> so you have a sample selection problem.

找工作找了三四个月，真正大面积面试是在五六七月，总体感觉市场开了，虽然offer来之不易，但是机会还是有的。不知道投了多少份简历（开始用excel记录都投了哪些公司哪些位子，后来实在着急，就开始海投，批量投，没有记录了。所以现在也不知道投了多少简历），收到大概有来自于10个公司的13 or 14 个位置的电话面试(大概是走到HM步骤，onsite前一步，有的公司面过两个位子), 五六个onsite。面试过的行业以银行居多，也有ecommerce, 还有别的行业的市场部门。面试move forward的大部分是自己官网投简历，HR电面然后走HM, 然后onsite流程的。期间收到headhunter电话无数，但是安排过2个HM的电面，大部分投给headhunter的简历有去无回，石沉大海，也许猎头手头的有经验的人太多了，因为俺fresh,没什么利益可赚，也没啥竞争力吧。
第一个是中部公司的，做模型，公司其实也挺大的，组很好，工作性质很好。
优点：消费低，做模型，组里气氛好，公司气氛感觉也很 |

ask him to do things. If you want to sound polite, tell him you're what you'
re making now and you really feel it's low and you want his suggestions as
to what's the reasonable salary expectations.
It's partly a game and partly a fact, because you really don't know what to
