The low hdcp also adopt the same formula. So his handicap is not the simple
average of the difference of his score vs par either.
The formula is, if you play 20 round, choose 10 best round and average.
Assuming both people have the same scoring distribution, I don't see why it
favors one over the other.
In fact, the scoring distribution, (which may due to your playing style, or
mentality) matters. For example, A have a handicap of 9 and B have

Wow ! Only 6% between a 5hdcp and a 15 hdcp. Basically no difference in any
one particular round.

然后等一声嘀。新版的说明书上应该有，不知道是否一样。
另外lcd并不是都可以用hdmi to dvi 的，要看显示器是否支持hdcp，你可以上网查一
下你的型号是否支持。
接电视的话用箱子里自带的线，红白黄对应接就好了。 |

avermedia 的那款 90刀的放电脑里的， 质量可以看我COD BO的youtube
不过都是BOserver 存的自己后来录的
我用过， 很好用，直接到硬盘上，可以用一个passive 的HDMI splitter （set up你
要看看youtube），这样你就不用通过recorder 然后再到TV了， 减少了lag
或者直接 在电脑屏幕上打 |
