这些一般是按照 bale 来买。如果你嫌太大的话，你可以打听一下
feed store 扫出来的散落的 hay 可不可以拣或者买。
我家附近有两个 feed store. Downtown hay 门口有个大箱子里面堆
清理出来的 hay，随便拿。就是碎的很多。不是很喜欢。free 也不能
抱怨太多是不是。
还有一个 David Hay Barn。扫出来的 hay $1 一个垃圾袋，估计是64
Gallon 那种, 反正是你能买到的最大的垃圾袋。我上次去买了一个，
里面好像是半个 bale碎了直接扔进去的，那个袋子是方的。
里面草压得非常结实，估计吃半年不成问题。我们家四个兔子吃了
几个月了，现在袋子还是方的。这个草我比较喜欢，没有那么碎。
我觉得你要是嫌 bale 大，打电话去问一下那种散落的 hey.
反正他们扔了也是白扔，还占垃圾桶位置。说不定便宜卖给你。 |

一个小 bale 杂草回家做 bedding, 据说是 grass mix 的，卖家说兔子吃可以。 结果

唉，前些日子没事就开始捉摸着种植蘑菇，喜欢家乡的平菇，这里叫oyster mushroom
。以前在DC地区的大中华（Great Wall）经常见到，四块多钱一磅，觉得好贵，因为我

compost，才激发自己探索种植蘑菇之路。
到网上找菌种，一看价钱放弃了，还不如直接买蘑菇吃呢？可还是不甘心，尤其上
次经刚刚点拨可以自己培养菌种，最近开始研究如何培养菌种。不过从蘑菇培养菌丝这
一步，因不能确认蘑菇，只能到网上购买grain spawn，然后繁殖。今天通过我免费拿
