的研究原因中去。对于现症的慢乙肝患者，更重要的是提高医保的覆盖面积，让更多病

甲型肝炎是由通过感染甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)引起的急性肝脏炎症，主要经粪——口途径
传播，是我国常见的肠道传染病之一，在病毒性肝炎中发病率及感染率最高。
甲型病毒性肝炎（简称甲型肝炎）主要由粪--口（或肛--口），通过消化道传播的甲型
肝炎病毒（简称甲肝病毒）而得病。人体感染甲肝病毒后，通常约有1个月的潜伏期，
此时没有症状，之后可出现无其他原因可解释的发烧、乏力、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐和
皮肤发黄，有的病人有腹胀或腹泻，尿呈褐色，大便色浅，检查肝脏有肿大和触痛或叩
痛的体征。肝功能检查显示谷丙转氨酶（ALT）明显异常。患者血清甲肝抗体呈阳性或
滴度明显升高。症状轻重各异，轻症病程1－2周，重症可致数周或更长。
黄疸前期 起病急，有畏寒、发热、全身乏力、食欲不振、厌油、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、
肝区痛、腹泻，尿色逐渐加深，至呈浓茶状。少数病例以发热、头痛、上呼吸道症状等

--- 我外行觉得是应该把原细胞里面的NTCP给干掉,看看HBV还能不能感染,如果感染是0
.0%;而相对没有干掉NTCP的原细胞的10%,这和转了NTCP的老鼠肝细胞能被感染综合起来
才能比较清楚说明问题. 但是没有~100% 对0.0%, 我觉得这也只能说是比较清楚,不然
的话完整性就差强人意了.
另外这感染后的上清里面HBV的DNA少的问题你还没解释清楚呢?
我的外行理解是如果感染完整后的几个CYCLE下来就应该和转染没区别了.
如果有区别就说明这转了NTCP的细胞仍然不是一个完整的体外HBV模型,至少效率上差多
了. 孔博士不是说 "hAV能使兔肝细胞有特异性结合SHBsAg的能力，导致其对HBV易感。
含hAV培养的兔肝细胞感染HBV后，能检测到HBV mRNA、HBsAg、HBcAg、cccDNA和分泌的
HBV-DNA。而在不含hAV的培养兔肝细胞中，不能检测到HBV复制的标志。"

标准答案
其次，美国医生总体诊疗是比较规范的，但如果每个单项检查都较真的话，世界上不会
存在“完全不过度”的医生
最后，真要较真其HAV的话，你两年前肝功能异常，如果你真的被查出有慢性肝病，且
HAV IgG阴性的话，你是有甲肝疫苗的使用指征，特别如果你travel去中国是甲肝的高

our current view of democracy, is a "democratic" nation, no matter how ugly
those US politicians could be and how much dirty things within USA's

The elderly, the young, and the frequently exposed are being advised to get
vaccinated against H1N1 flu virus this year, due to predictions of a
possible influenza epidemic. A new law in New York requires nurses and
doctors to receive the vaccination by the end of November. A band of four
